In recent years, under the influence of teachers' salary levels, social status, and work pressure, job burnout has widely existed in the teacher industry and has become a major problem in the field of education. Many teachers have low job satisfaction, lack of enthusiasm for education and teaching, and are unwilling to devote themselves to work, which seriously affects the improvement of the quality of education and teaching in China.Since Hebei Province formulated the "2015 Hebei National Compulsory Education Stage School Teachers National Special Posts Plan Implementation Plan" in Hebei Province, more and more people have been engaged in rural education in Hebei Province, and the number of special posts teachers has been increasing.Special post teachers are located in remote mountainous areas, far from the hustle and bustle of cities, with difficult living conditions and poor transportation conditions;coupled with the lack of teachers in rural areas, special post teachers have high teaching pressure and insufficient benefits. In this context, many special posts teachers have shown burnout. They are unwilling to work hard and are not willing to contact their children. This is not only detrimental to the physical and mental health of special post teachers, but also seriously affects the development of rural basic education. Therefore, the problem of job burnout among special teachers has aroused great attention from educational researchers. Therefore, the author regards alleviating the job burnout of special teachers in primary schools as the starting point and makes a "recognition" of teacher burnout. The case study method is adopted, with four primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang City as the research object, and the literature method, interview method and case study method are used to collect data, and a case study is conducted on the four teachers' job burnout.First, comb the core concepts of "burnout","teacher burnout",and "professional teachers" and analyze the basic characteristics of teacher burnout.Secondly, through in-depth interviews and analysis,to understand the job burnout of the four special teachers in Shijiazhuang primary schools and make detailed records.Furthermore,it analyzes the causes of job burnout from four aspects: policy, occupational factors, schools, and individuals. Finally, based on the above analysis,a feasible strategy to alleviate the job burnout of special teachers in primary schools is proposed to help special teachers in Shijiazhuang to alleviate job burnout, promote the development of rural basic education, and ultimately improve the quality of primary education in China.
