the implementation of the "special post plan" not only relieves the pressure of employment,but also provides a platform for students who have just left the university to give full play to their professional knowledge and ability.It also fulfills the dream of many college students to engage in education and their voluntary ambition of being a teacher and teaching and educating people.The "special post plan" is an educational measure put forward by the Ministry of education,which focuses on the survival and development of rural children,aims to achieve educational equity,and aims to improve the quality of rural basic education to deliver teachers’ talents to remote rural areas in the central and western regions [1].It has injected new blood into rural education under the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.At the same time,it has also sent a ray of spring breeze to rural physical education teaching,promoted the development of basic education in remote mountainous areas and rural areas,and achieved obvious teaching achievements.While special post teachers play a great role in rural basic education,they also face many problems while achieving good results.From the perspective of job burnout,this study makes assumptions about the job burnout of sports special post teachers,verifies it,deeply explores the causes of job burnout,and gives reasonable solutions and measures for the reasons,so as to alleviate the job burnout of special post teachers and help them have a correct understanding and cognition of job burnout,so that they can give full play to their professional and disciplinary teaching advantages and better serve rural basic education [2].According to the actual distribution and characteristics of counties in Yan’an City,taking Baota District as the center,we selected Wuqi and Zichang in the northern region with relatively large population and relatively large area,and special post teachers in Luochuan and Fuxian in the South as the research objects.The results show that:First,the job burnout status of sports special post teachers in Wuqi County,Zichang County,Luochuan County,Fuxian county and Baota District of Yan’an City belongs to the mild level,and the scores of emotional exhaustion,low sense of achievement and de personalization are from high to low,showing a trend from mild to moderate burnout.Second,the job burnout of primary school physical education teachers in Yan’an City is statistically significant.It is mainly reflected in gender,education level,marital status,service period and professional title level.At the same time,there are also differences in service areas and job burnout levels.Thirdly,the job burnout of PE teachers in primary schools in Yan’an City is mainly composed of social factors,occupational particularity,school rules and regulations and other external factors,as well as individual differences,psychological changes and other internal factors.Personal factors are mainly manifested in individual differences,which are also one of the important reasons for job burnout.Individual personality differences,life attitudes and life experiences will affect and restrict the job burnout of physical education teachers in special posts;Social factors are mainly reflected in the strong gap between high social expectations and insufficient social investment;Professional characteristics: the professional characteristics of sports special post teachers are the combination of mental work and physical work.The working time and space of sports special post teachers are "borderless",which is also the common characteristics of teachers,as well as the complexity and rigor of daily education and teaching.In terms of school rules and regulations,it refers to whether the school where the PE special post teachers are located has carried out corresponding measures in terms of performance appraisal,professional title promotion,excellence and awards.Fourth,the formation of job burnout is not an overnight process,but a slow and gradual spiral process.Therefore,teachers’ physical and mental development process will have certain changes,such as low work participation,emotional instability,and serious frustration;Thus leading to the loss of the original intention of the work and the frustration of the career.According to the research conclusion,according to the unique characteristics of sports special post teachers,this paper will help sports special post teachers to investigate and analyze from the four dimensions of individual differences,social factors,professional particularity and school rules and regulations,and find suitable plans and measures to solve the job burnout problem caused by sports special post teachers,and improve the professional belonging and happiness of sports special post teachers.
