The ethics of collective teaching activities in small kindergartens refers to the criterion of determining whether teachers' behavior conforms to morality and the laws of physical and mental development of young children in the collective teaching activities of small kindergartens,which is the moral standard that teaching this social activity should have,and is a kind of value orientation,behavior norms and moral practice.The ethics of kindergarten collective teaching activities put forward the demand sought after-school teachers,which is not a moral requirement,but the ethical quality of kindergarten teachers as professionals in collective teaching activities,emphasizing that teachers,as a professional group,have the ethical order and ethical spirit of human nature in the course of teaching activities.The kindergarten collective teaching activity is an important way for children to obtain social experience,good habits and interests,but based on the lack of ethics in a certain social background,small kindergartens are in this social context of natural difficulttodness,so this paper discusses the ethical issues in the collective teaching activities of small kindergartens.First of all,the current situation of collective teaching activities in small kindergartens is a prerequisite for ethical problems,and then point out the significance of research.Defining the core concepts involved in the study deepens the analysis of the ethical connotation of collective teaching activities in small kindergartens,and on this basis analyzes the ethical implications of collective teaching activities in small kindergartens,including four aspects,one is educational care,which is mainly manifested in the harmonious relationship between teaching and the humane care of teachers to young children;Second,the teaching is fair,the main performance is equal treatment for teachers,teaching students according to their aptitude,fair evaluation;three is teaching democracy,mainly in the form of equality between teachers and children,respect for the subjectivity and creativity of young children,teaching methods democracy,four is teaching responsibility,mainly in teaching and educating people and caring for young children.The analysis of the implication of the ethics of collective teaching activities in small kindergarten provides a theoretical basis for the study.Secondly,through the observation and interview of two small kindergartens,collecting and analyzing the cases,it is pointed out that the main manifestations of the lack of ethics in the collective teaching activities of small kindergartens are: educational care: indifference between teaching relations,weak humanistic consciousness of teaching activities;teaching justice: fair Treatment of young children walk hard,teaching evaluation is unfair;teaching democracy: emphasis on "teacher-led" light of "the main child",teaching methods,focus on explanation light exploration;teaching responsibility: heavy "teaching" light "educating people",excessive teaching,ignoring the law of physical and mental development of young children.Then,through the interview and the analysis of the existing literature,the reasons for the lack of ethics in the collective teaching activities of small kindergartens are analyzed from the three aspects of teachers,small kindergartens and society.Finally,according to the specific reasons for the lack of ethics in collective teaching activities in small kindergartens,the paper puts forward strategies: optimizing the training methods of teachers,improving the sensitivity of educational ethics,creating a caring and equal environment,creating a good ethical atmosphere,establishing a professional ethical system and enhancing teachers' educational ethics consciousness.
