The implementation of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination and the implementation of the classified examination,the comprehensive evaluation and the multi-entrance examination mode provide an opportunity for the development of career education,in addition,a series of national education policies have pointed out that "education should strengthen the guidance of students' career development," and career education embodying the spirit of educational reform will become an important task of educational development,career Education has attracted much attention from all circles.Career Education is a continuous and dynamic process,which involves not only the cognition of the profession and profession,but also the awakening and arousing of the Individual's career consciousness for the future development,the active exploration of the professional world and the self-exploration,set Future Development Goals,mobilize and integrate internal and external resources,strive to achieve them,in the process to enhance career management,decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.The nature,scientific status and social function of geography determine the extensiveness of geography-related occupations,and the way of thinking of geography subject conforms to the quality requirements of career education,it makes the infiltration of career education in geography teaching have unique advantages.At the same time,infiltrating the content of professional career education in geography teaching can promote the effect of students' geography study and bring the value of geography education into full play,this topic takes the high school stage career education and the subject teaching fusion penetration as the research breakthrough point,proposes the effective strategy which the career education penetrates in the high school geography teaching.This paper reviews the different development of career education at home and abroad by consulting the literature of Career Education in senior middle schools at home and abroad,this paper sorts out the main research directions of professional career education at home and abroad,including the value research,the implementation way and the way of discipline integration,and sums up the problems existing in the infiltration of geography teaching into professional career education.Through the questionnaire investigation,we know the current situation of the General High School Career Education,and analyze the current situation and the existing problems of the infiltration of vocational career education in geography.Combined with Literature Analysis and literature survey results,summed up the high school geography in the infiltration of career education principles and advantages.To permeate the professional career education in geography teaching,we should give full play to the advantages of the richness of the knowledge field of geography as well as the universality of the related professions,and the consistency of the thinking methods of geography as well as the requirements of the professional accomplishment,the infiltration should be carried out according to the principles of subject,proper infiltration,content inspiration and reasonable penetration.According to the basic process of geography teaching and the contents of professional career education,this research puts forward the infiltration teaching strategy from analyzing the content of preparing geography career education,designing the teaching link carefully before class,carrying out the teaching observation in class and giving feedback after class.The main conclusions are as follows: First,it is necessary and feasible to permeate career education in geography teaching;Second,Career Education is not guidance for selecting subjects,which has rich connotation;third,the current situation of infiltrating career education in geography teaching is not optimistic;fourth,the content of geography career education is hidden information,which needs to be excavated continuously;fifth,effective strategies should be adopted to infiltrate career education in geography teaching.
