Career planning education is an important way of quality education reform.Paying attention to career planning education of high school students is an inevitable requirement for the development of education reform.Most high school students don't have a comprehensive understanding of self and society.Infiltrating career planning education in geography will help students recognize themselves and society,clarify the direction and goals of career choice,and form preliminary career planning consciousness and ability..However,most high school schools currently have less career planning courses,generalization of content,and fewer professional teachers.Therefore,the implementation of school-based career planning education in geography subject needs to be further developed.The infiltration of career planning education in high school geography teaching has its own disciplinary advantages,which is the new requirement of the reform of college entrance examination and the development of geography curriculum,as well as the needs of the cultivation of students' core quality and future career development.Secondly,the core quality of geography discipline in senior high school plays a guiding role in the penetration of career planning education.The concept of human land coordination guides senior high school students to establish correct professional values,comprehensive thinking guides senior high school students to comprehensively plan their career direction,regional cognition guides senior high school students to objectively analyze their professional competitiveness,and Geographical Practice Guides senior high school students to experience their professional skills.Based on the theory of human-employment matching and career development stage,this paper uses questionnaires to survey 383 students from three perspectives: "status quo of career planning education in schools","status quo of career planning for students" and "status quo of teachers' penetration of career planning education" Students and 47 teachers surveyed,supplemented by interviews with 6 school leaders,6 teachers,and 12 students to analyze the problems and reasons for the penetration of career planning education in geography in high school Instructional design for high school geographic penetration career planning education.According to the survey,Luzhou Senior High School attaches great importance to career planning education.The school focuses on the penetration of career planning education content in curriculum setting and teacher training;some students have a better understanding of their own interests,abilities,and personality;teachers Be positive about the value of career planning education.However,there are the following problems in the specific implementation: first,the school attaches great importance to disciplinary career education,but most of the opening activities lack professionalism and pertinence;second,teachers' awareness of penetrating career planning in teaching is weak And the implementation is in a formal way.Third,students have incomplete knowledge of their majors and occupations,and weak career planning skills.this article analyzes the influencing factors of the problems in geography teaching penetration of career planning education from the three dimensions of education administration school,teacher,and student: school career planning education management system is not complete and is greatly affected by the pressure of further studies;teachers 'incomplete understanding of career planning education and teaching penetration ability needs to be improved;students' self-cognition ability is insufficient,and career Planning awareness and capabilities need to be improved.Based on this,this article proposes from the three main bodies of schools,teachers,and students: The school has a sound management system,establishes a guidance center,and promotes the normalization of career planning education implementation;improves school-based curriculum,strengthens the top-level design of the curriculum,and improves the career planning education curriculum system;strengthens targeted training,establishes a career planning teacher team,and improves the teacher profession Sex;give full play to the power of social linkage,and enrich career planning education resources.Teachers strengthen the study of career planning theory and raise the awareness of career planning education;analyze teaching materials in depth,enrich teaching methods,and improve the penetration ability of career planning.Students correctly understand themselves,understand career information,and improve career planning awareness;strengthen self-planning,focus on self-management,and improve career planning capabilities.On this basis,this article conducts the teaching design of career planning education for geography infiltration in high school on the basis of design principles,design steps,and analysis of teaching materials.The design principles include systematicness,subjectivity,pertinence,and practicality;the design steps start from the three aspects of preparation analysis,plan implementation,and feedback evaluation;the contents of the teaching materials are from career planning education links,oriented to professional or professional fields,and presentation methods Suggestions and examples to analyze the content of penetrating career planning education in three directions.
