On the basis of the related work of anthropology and cultural ecology, it appears that various cultures of minority originate from the adaptation to the contemporary habitat and social surroundings during long term social activities. The cultures of specific minority have profound impact on the improvement of individuality of a people, and also provide the foundations for the ethical continuation and generating of a people. The education,as a subsystem of the social culture, has irreplaceable function on advancing individual improvement and continuous culture. But there's a prominent discrepancy between the culture of general teaching and the culture of the minority. And the discrepancy confuse the student from minority and isn't of benefit to the continuation of minority culture. Our country is a multinational country. The situation of "multinational country as a unit" provide the educational chance for the individuality of minority, and also respect and continue the ethical culture.White-pants yao minority is a branch of Yao minority and is known for its ethical culture type. How to introduce the culture of White-pants yao minority into the actual schooling and how to seek the common point of regional culture and schooling culture and also how to integrate educational resources, are the principle projects in my paper. The projects relating to cultural ecology systematology explore the school-based curriculum of the White-pants yao minority's culture, using the theories of culturology, anthropology, pedagogy, curriculum theory and under the rules of "three-level curriculum management" of national primary education.The thesis can be divided into the next four parts:1.Exordium mainly state the cause of research and the significance of research. In addition, this part describes the essential notions, the summary relative to the research and the meaning of the research.2.Personal experience in students' schooling actatives of White-pants minority. The author, based on the community of White-pants minorites' culture, entered the village of White-pants yao and interviewed local residents. All these above provided the functional reasoning for the development of the school-based curriculum.3.The investigation into the foundation of White-pants yao's school-based curriculum in Lihu village. The author analysed the deficiency in the school-based curriculum by conducting a survey, having a interview and attending a lecture.4.The foundation of White-pants yao's school-based curriculum based on the ethical culture. The perfect school-based curriculum should include six parts:target, content, structure, teaching, managing and estimate.The researches give the school-based curriculum a perspective of cultural ecology. And the researches inspect the ethical children's survival and development under the cultural phylogeny. secondly, the whole text refers to anthropologic methodology---fieldwork. By conducting a survey, having a interview and attending a lecture, the author stayed schools of White-pants yao minority in order to experience the schooling actatives and the development of the school-based curriculum. All these make the research and conclusion creditable.Of course,there're faults on the researches because of lacking awareness of the principles of cultural ecology and anthropology. In addition, the time shortage also block the personal experience including students' schooling actatives and village investigation. So the countermeasures, advice and the foundation of the school-based curriculum should be verified in practice.
