Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Educational Scientific Research In County Demonstration High Schools

With the deepening of the eighth basic education curriculum reform in our country, and for the first time “popularization of high school education” proposed in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, education scientific research work is increasingly attracting attentions in schools nationwide. Also, it has become an important measure to evaluate the education quality and teaching level of a school.At present, “no time”, “no theory”, “no method” and “no effect”. These bring barriers to the implementation of the scientific and effective management for high school education scientific research work. For county high schools which are at a disadvantage in the education competition, the situation seems to be more serious. For the development of these schools, it is more necessary and urgent to strengthen the science research work. Therefore, we have to understand the current situation of education scientific research in NO.1 county high schools, as well as know and conduct it correctly. Thus, through education scientific research to improve the efficiency of teaching.In this thesis, literature review, investigations and interviews have been conducted. We used 10 county high schools in H city as examples. Based on the analysis of related literature, we have conducted deep investigations for education scientific research status in county high schools, including aspects of teachers’ education scientific research level, schools’ education scientific research development and their management, exchange and cooperation regarding education scientific research work. We hope our analysis based on the 10 county high schools in H city can be help and reference for schools and teachers of the same category conducting education scientific research work.Nowadays, as quality education is promoted all-round, it is a certainty to lead teachers to the path of education scientific research. As long as the local education administrative departments, schools and teachers work together to do management in place and evaluation measures effectively, the development of education scientific research will be smooth for county high schools in H city.
