There are many different views about bilingual teaching, but the core of it is to teach in different languages. Xinjiang is not only the largest province in China, but also a region with a high degree of ethnic clustering. With the rapid development of economy in our country, the communication among different nationalities is more and more intense. As a bridge of communication, language plays a vital role in the communication between nations. In the Xinjiang,especially in Nanjiang region to vigorously promote the Uygur and Han Bilingual teaching can not only improve the Chinese language level of the ethnic minorities, but also can improve the teaching quality of minority education. In recent years, the implementation of bilingual teaching in Uygur and Han, the Xinjiang Uygur primary and middle school students’ comprehensive quality has been improved, has also been from society and parents.In this paper, by using the research methods of literature, questionnaires, interviews and field observation, Shache county middle school chemistry bilingual teaching of the status quo of research, focuses on the research of middle school chemistry teachers of bilingual teaching, bilingual students chemistry learning, chemical conditions of bilingual teaching, bilingual chemistry teacher training, bilingual course materials, non bilingual students view on bilingual teaching, chemistry bilingual teaching quality. Finally, according to the relevant theoretical knowledge and survey results, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in bilingual teaching of chemistry in Shache county.This paper mainly consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly includes: the research purpose and significance of the paper; research ideas and methods; bilingual teaching research summary; research content, etc… The second part is the analysis of Shache County chemical bilingual teaching present situation investigation and the results, including: general situation of Shache County; bilingual teachers of chemistry bilingual teaching; bilingual students of chemistry bilingual learning, Uyghur language class students of bilingual teaching of the views and interests of content. The third part is the problems of bilingual teaching in Shache county. The fourth part is the suggestion of bilingual teaching in middle school chemistry in Shache county. The fifth part is summary.
