Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Zhunger Banner Primary School-school Cooperation

Talent training is mainly completed through education,primary education,as the basic education of our country,plays a vital role in the overall development of students.However,with the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid development of society,the impact on children has also increased,and there are many problems in the psychological and moral aspects of children,and the current educational task is very difficult.School education alone can not achieve the desired results,requiring family participation and the joint efforts of families and home and school.The overall healthy development of children can only be achieved with the joint action of teachers,schools and families.Therefore,it is an urgent task to explore a home-school cooperation mode suitable for the primary school stage,to realize the real dialogue between the family and the school,and to form the educational resultant force in the process of education in our country.The purpose of this thesis is to study the development of primary school cooperation in Zhungeer Banner and the problems existing in the development process,and to analyze the causes of the problems,so as to put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.In this study,510 parents and 180 teachers were selected from 6 primary schools in Zhungeer Banner by means of questionnaire,interview and observation.Some parents,teachers and school administrators were interviewed to understand the present situation of home-school cooperation in Zhungeer Banner Primary School from the aspects of home-school cooperation consciousness,rules and regulations,methods,purpose and content,influencing factors.In view of the problems,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from the educational administration department,the school level and the family,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,organizes effective training,promotes the cooperation consciousness and ability;consummates the rules and regulations of home-school cooperation,strengthens the examination;innovates the home-school cooperation way;enriches the home-school cooperation content.so as to promote the better development of home-school cooperation.We also hope to do a little bit for the research of primary school cooperation in China.
