At the present,the demand structure of manpower doesn't match up with the educational structure in China.On one hand,the labor shortage happens in many enterprises,talents are in great need in those places.On the other hand,the employment difficulty happens in many universities every year and it is hard for most graduates to find thesuitable job.Ohe of the causes of this phenomenon is the vocational education.Compared to the general education,vocational education is delayed and has less social recognition in China;compared to the vocational education of developed countries,China's is less developed and has lower education quality.In view of this,the government had put forward a series of decisions and outlines to promote and improve the vocational education.Our vocational education is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Experience at home and abroad has shown that school-enterprise cooperation mode is the most effective way to develop vocational education.This research is taking school-enterprise cooperation mode in Zhungeer County as an example to apply survey research method,using field investigation method,comparison research method and literature research method to analyze the situation of the mode.According to the stakeholder theory,the author has gotten seven points from the view of four stakeholders—the enterprise,the school,the government and the student by analyzing the existing problems.This research is taking school-enterprise cooperation mode in Zhungeer County for example applying survey research method,field investigation method,comparison research method and literature research method to analyze the situation of the mode.According to the stakeholder theory,the author has gotten seven points from the view of four stakeholders—the enterprise,the school,the government and the student by analyzing the existing problems.Drawing lessons from the successful experience of school-enterprise cooperation in America,Germany,Tianjin and Ningbo,based on the new public management theory,the government of Zhungeer has introduced relevant policies corresponding to the seven issues.It is hoped that the thesis will help to enrich the theoretical research of school-enterprise cooperation,will provide local governments relevant suggestions and give supports to the following researches.
