The concept of modern basic education advocates the quality of education with love,emphasizes not only knowledge but also the emotional and life experience.The basic education not only need to make the learners grasp the producing and living skills but also guarantee the learners accept the value specification,making sure the students can integrate into the society. In a word,its all about how to be a human being and how to learn things correctly. School is the main place where students acquire knowledge,there is no need to doubt its function in impacting knowledge,but how about its function in promoting the students comprehensive development?With the rapid development of society,the international competition has become more and more fierce.Education comes to be the fundamental enterprise in the international competition.We are gradually conscious of that the school education single-handedly can hardly take on the whole responsibility of educating students.Family becomes more and more important in developing the international education.Especially the home-school cooperation, it can provides good learning and teaching environment,coordinates the power of the school side and family side,avoids the conflicts between home education and school education.In recent years,although parents,teachers and schools all come to realize the importance of home-school cooperation,there are still many problems in the process of realizing it.This study is on the basis of substantial literature,conduct a lot of interviews,trying to reveal the deeply problems and reasons.The introduction part elaborated the question origin,research status,research purpose,research significance,research methods,etc.And then,this paper attempts to define the core concept,analysis the existing problems,explore the causes of these problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures by four steps,so it will includes four parts just as follow:Firstly,defining what is home-school cooperation,its value and its theory basis of home-school cooperation.At the first place,giving a new understanding on school,family and home-school cooperation.And then the unique value of school and family education are to cultivate people’s indenture belief and covenant spirit separately. The school education and family education has different values.The difference between family education and “family-like education”,school education and “school-like education”are been discussed. The author believes that the inter-purpose of school-family partnership is for improving themselves by accepting each other under the idea of harmony,human of completeness,and responsibility.Secondly,revealing the shortcomings of the reality of basic education home-school cooperation. On account of various problems in education development,home-school cooperation is becoming more and more important.However,there are still many problems needs to be solved.The problems are as follows:objectively describes that the home-school cooperation is at the state of low level,low consensus,and low willingness;and the relationship between the teachers and the parents is out-of-balance.The relationship types between the parents and teachers can be described as: overdependent type,isolation type and against type.Thirdly,exploring the causes of the problems in home-school cooperation development.By analyzing deeply, the main reason for the phenomenon lies in benefit driving deviation in school and family which caused by the tendency the utilitarian education,marginalization of family education which caused by the prejudice of family education,and the last but not the least :the function dislocation of family education and school education.Finally,putting forward the countermeasures about how to optimize the home-school cooperation of basic education. Based on the representation and attribution analysis,this study suggests the countermeasures are as follows: the parents and teachers should establish a correct concept of cooperation, the parents and teachers should establish a harmonious and friendly relationship,the parents and teachers should be conscious of its own responsibility in educating students, improving the organization of home-school cooperation, perfecting the policy of home-school cooperation, providing parents and teachers with cooperation of suitable for their characteristics.
