Class advisors in elementary school are important part of the teacher; they are the organizer of class, the guide of constructing class, the leader of students' growth processes include healthy and mental, the backbone of the school moral education, and also important force in the implementation of quality education. In this paper, the investigation based on current situation of class advisors in elementary school Lianshan district of Huludao city, and revealing the problems, Linking theory with practice in order to put forward some improved methods. The author want to realize current situation of class advisors in elementary school Lianshan district of Huludao city rationally, further more analysis it, and inquiry it, that will provide some experience and countermeasures or suggestions for building advisor teacher teams of a regional primary and secondary schools.The main means of the investigation is paper survey. Class advisors from 8 elementary school s of Lianshan district in respect are the object of the research.315 copies of paper are delivered; 309 effective copies are taken back which cover 98.1% of total samples. The researcher conducts the statistical data analysis by using SPSS 15.0 for windows. The analysis is on theoretical knowledge of class advisor team's, class management capacity, educational philosophy, student concept, self-evaluation and school management in the ranks of class advisors, It reveals 5 problems:first, they are faced with heavy pressure; second, low recognition of on their own work, burnout appeared; third, sex ratio uncoordinated; fourth, further improvement of the overall level of the advisor teacher teams, especially the theoretical level; fifth, lower level of science management for the class advisor teams.According to current situation, here five advices are taken out. First, to arouse the enthusiasm of class advisors as soon as possible, then to improve class adviser's treatment. Second, to schools' manager should reflects the professional, objective, humanity assessment; third to attach importance to pre-post skills training for them; fourth, strengthening Families of students and schools, to strive for more understanding and assistance from the parents to the class advisor.
