Youth is the future of the country, the growth level of the youth influences the development of the whole society. High school is a key period of adolescent intellectual and physical development, the formation of all kinds of habits and way of life stage. However, the current adolescent nutrition worrying in our country, poor nutrition and fertilizer is serious, and poor eating behaviors, such as partial eclipse, anorexia, snacking phenomenon is very common. Implementation of nutrition health education in high school is of great significance for the healthy growth of the students, and at present, the nutrition health education still exists problem that the lack of teachers, equipment supply and the question of teaching resources don’t match.Biological science is subject that studies life phenomenon and its law of development, and actively promote people to healthy living. And based on the research of itself characteristic and subject characteristic, biological science and nutrition health education inevitably produce close contact, to guide people’s health concepts and health behaviors professionally. With the continuous development of modern biological technology, biological contact with people’s daily lives more and more closely. As a result, the demand for nutritional health education for high school teaching, and the relationship between biological science and nutrition and health, the nutrition health education penetrate into the biology of high school is feasible.For the penetration of the nutritional health education in high school biology teaching, this paper expounded from four aspects.First of all, we defined the nutrition health and nutrition health discipline penetration concept, and analyzes the research status of the problem domestic and foreign.Secondly, we take the necessity, feasibility and advantage of biology to expound theories of the penetration of the nutritional health education in high school biology teaching. Third, work with420high school students as the object, through the questionnaire survey to understand the current students’ nutritional status, knowledge level and dietary behaviors and their nutritional health. The results showed that the students generally lack of nutrition knowledge, bad behavior habits are widespread, nutrition and health attitude is not correct.Fourth, in view of the nutritional problems, this paper analyzes biological teaching materials that related to nutrition and health knowledge, then we penetrate nutrition health education into high school teaching, on the one hand by the biology teacher to take a variety of teaching strategies STS teaching, case teaching, problem teaching strategies, teaching strategies, experience teaching strategy and so on penetration strategy in the classroom timely; On the other hand, in the extracurricular activities such as setting interest in biological activity, held special lectures on the nutrition knowledge, teachers guide students to participate in public welfare activities and nutrition guidance to penetrate into student life,there are some achievements after four months of penetration, students nutrition health knowledge level enhancement, nutrition and health behaviors and attitudes have changed. Nutrition and health education of research results show that the permeability in high school biology teaching is feasible, and effective.Due to the present research range is not wide, the nutrition health education permeate still need further efforts in high school biology teaching, aiming at this problem, this paper put forward some prospects and suggestions, we hope it can play a role in the promote the high school biology teaching penetration in the nutrition health education.
