Nutrition is the basis of the health,and cultivating the students' health awareness is beneficial to the improvement of their physical quality.Through nutrition and health education,students can gradually form a good lifestyle and develop a reasonable eating habit.Therefore,it is necessary for schools to popularize nutrition and health education to students while they are learning subject knowledge.It is internationally acknowledged that the nutrition health education immerged in each subject or course teaching is the most effective approach.So schools should combine them in a proper way,making the students gain the subject knowledge as well as gradually understand the knowledge related to nutrition and health education,so as to form a good awareness of nutrition and health.It has many advantages to introduce the nutrition health education into the biology class.For example,high school biology has a lot of knowledge related to nutrition and health knowledge.Teachers can combine some biology knowledge with the nutrition health concept in the class,making theories more daily-life style,thus achieving the teaching objectives and meanwhile improving the students' level of nutrition health knowledge.By consistent education,the students' nutrition health cognition will be improved continuously and they will be able to develop a good eating habit.Moreover,high school biology has well-established knowledge system,which is helpful for the teachers to give a scientific and systematic nutrition health education,thus obtaining a satisfying teaching effect.Composed by documents analysis,questionnaires and the study of plenty of documents,the article elaborates the current educational situations of nutrition health both home and abroad,takes KAP questionnaires results and teachers surveys into consideration,and explores deeply the principles and teaching strategies of immerged nutrition health education.Teaching practice has been conducted for half a year in four science classes,grade one in Tangyuan senior high school,and the effect acceptance of this project was done in January 2018.The results from the students' nutrition health questionnaires suggest that their knowledge levels of nutrition health have been greatly promoted,and their habits are also improved to some extent.The creativity of this project lies in the finding of the combination points between some effective and reasonable nutrition health education and biology education.It is hoped that the education cases which have been collected and sorted out here could provide some references to general biology teachers.
