According to the growth and development law of teenagers,high school students are at the age of 14-19,which is a critical period of intellectual and physical development,and it is also an important stage of forming various behavior habits and eating habits.Nutrition and health are closely related to the growth and development,learning efficiency,quality of life,immunity and sports ability of teenagers.The nutrition and health of the students in boarding high school is out of the supervision of their parents.The difference between high school students and primary school students is that they have independent thinking and behavior,so they can plan their study and life by themselves.But the students lack the self-control and supervision of adults;and they are vulnerable to external influence,such as weight loss,which leads to the formation of some unhealthy eating habits,such as dieting,being picky about food,anorexia,etc.Bioscience is a discipline that studies life phenomenon and its development law,which is closely related to human life.Compared with junior high school,the concept of biology curriculum in China also requires "paying attention to the connection with real life".Biology teaching materials contain the contents related to nutrition and health.Teachers consciously integrate nutrition and health knowledge into biology teaching.Through the penetration of health education in biology,on the one hand,it can not only help students learn biology in the background of real life and improve their interest in learning;on the other hand,it can popularize health knowledge to students and help students improve their understanding of health,change their attitude towards health and develop good eating habits.This research takes teachers and students of the No.1 Middle School in Handan,Hebei Province as the research objects?Through the method of questionnaire survey,the author has a preliminary understanding of the nutrition and health status of the freshmen in senior high school,and carries out a questionnaire survey on the students' nutrition and health knowledge,attitude towards nutrition and health and behavior with nutrition and health.The high school teachers are investigated through the semi structured interview,and they are allowed to talk freely about the views of interest in the interview process,so as to obtain the most real ideas and feasible suggestions.On the basis of consulting related literature and integrating teaching experience,the entry points of nutrition and health education in the teaching materials are sorted out,and the teaching strategies and teaching cases of infiltration of nutrition and health education are put forward.An empirical study of nutrition and health education in biology classrooms was carried out in four parallel classes in the first grade for one semester to provide a factual basis for the large-scale development of nutrition and health education.Class 1 and Class 2 were the control group,and Class 3 and Class 4 were the experimental group.The main findings are as follows:The results showed that the nutritional health status was not undesirable,many students are with low weight,65.96% of the students had dizziness,headache and panic phenomenon,48.94% of the students had gastrointestinal diseases;the nutritional health knowledge was lack,the positive rate of nutritional health test was less than 60% in the questionnaire;the proportion of students with some nutritional health behaviors was low,the average formation rate was 40.50%,the main table was as follows.At present,the intake of vitamin is insufficient,only 30.21% of the students insist on eating fruit every day;the picky food phenomenon is serious,and only 17.45% of the students are not picky;the breakfast type is single,and the protein intake is less;the meal time is tight,and the vast majority of students solve the problem within 7-15 minutes;the phenomenon of students eating snacks is serious,and only 42.98% of the students eat snacks less than three times a week;the students drink more carbonated drink.Because of poor water habit and insufficient drinking water,some students will choose beverage instead of drinking water when they are thirsty.The survey results show that students have a positive attitude towards nutrition and health,and most of them are willing to learn nutrition and health knowledge and improve their diet structure.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.2.The results show that most of the biology teachers in high school are aware that students are lack of nutrition knowledge and teachers are willing to infiltrate nutrition and health knowledge in biology classes.Compared with other subjects,biology teachers are more suitable for spread nutrition and health knowledge.3.Taking the textbook as an example,combined with teaching observation and teaching practice,we have analyzed and sorted out the integration points of knowledge related to nutrition,health and healthy lifestyle in the high school biology textbook(2019)of the People's Education Edition.Established methods of nutrition and health education in biology classrooms,biology exercises and tests,biology experiments,and biology extracurricular activities and related case materials,which provide real and effective reference information for teaching.4.After a semester of nutrition and health education penetration,the control group and the experimental group of students from the nutrition and health knowledge,behavior,attitude questionnaire survey.Through the analysis of experimental data,after the end of the experiment,the level of nutrition and health knowledge of students has been significantly improved,the proportion of students who pay attention to nutrition and health has increased significantly,and the nutrition and health behavior of students has been significantly improved.The results show that it is feasible and effective to infiltrate nutrition and health education into biology teaching.Students began to pay attention to reasonable nutrition in diet,but the overall behavior formation rate is still low,some behaviors have not been significantly improved,such as drinking habits,eating snacks and so on.In order to further improve the formation rate of students' nutrition and health,it needs the coordination and cooperation of the state,schools,teachers,families and other aspects to help children establish the awareness of nutrition and health,turn the awareness into action,develop good nutrition and health habits,live a healthy life and grow up healthily.
