With the expansion of higher education,the quality of postgraduate education has received extensive attention from all sectors of society.Professional education is the core of postgraduate education.Evaluation of professional satisfaction is not only an important evaluation method of postgraduate professional education quality,but also a predictive factor of learning results.Previous studies have mainly equated professional satisfaction with students' actual perception of higher education services.This study measures professional satisfaction from the perspectives of professional expectation and professional perception to explore the impact of professional satisfaction on learning outcomes of postgraduate students.This article mainly focuses on the following questions: First,what is the current situation of professional satisfaction of postgraduate students? Second,what are the differences in professional satisfaction among different groups of postgraduate students? Third,what are the influencing factors of professional satisfaction? Fourth,how does professional satisfaction affect learning results? Fifth,how does professional satisfaction affect learning outcomes? Is there a mediating effect through individual behavior changes(learning engagement)?In order to solve the above problems,this paper mainly constructs the theoretical analysis framework based on customer satisfaction theory,learning demand theory."input-environment-output" model and the conceptual framework of academic success,I compiles the "questionnaire on professional satisfaction of postgraduate students" to carry out research and mainly uses quantitative research methods to analyze the influencing factors of professional satisfaction and the effect of professional satisfaction on learning results.Finally,it explores the intermediary role of learning input and improves the mechanism of professional satisfaction on learning results.The conclusions of this study are as follows: first,the professional satisfaction of postgraduates is in the upper-middle level.As a cumulative variable,professional satisfaction is affected by professional expectation and professional perception.Professional expectation has a positive predictive effect on professional perception,and professional perception is an important driver of professional satisfaction.The impact of professional perception on professional satisfaction is higher than professional expectations.Second,the learning results of postgraduates are in the upper-middle level,the results of scientific research ability of postgraduates are the lowest,and the results of subject knowledge are the highest.Third,as a process variable,professional satisfaction has a significant positive effect on master's subject knowledge,scientific research ability and professional affection.In addition,the study found that learning engagement plays an intermediary role in the influence mechanism of professional satisfaction on learning results.Therefore,colleges and universities should not only pay attention to professional satisfaction,but also improve students' learning engagement.Finally,in view of the influencing factors of master's degree of professional satisfaction and the analysis process of the influence of professional satisfaction on learning results,this study puts forward relevant suggestions to improve master's degree of professional satisfaction from the aspects of college service and individual.
