Education is valued by schools and families,but some students have the behavior of study weariness.Studies have shown that study weariness can lead to emotional problems,making students dislike the school and teachers,and may also lead to psychological inferiority.In addition,study weariness not only leads to the decline of academic performance,but also may lead to weak social skills,which is not conducive to personal development and growth.In terms of discipline,the existing researches on weariness of learning mainly focus on psychology and pedagogy,and there are not many researches on social work intervention.Therefore,this study is expected to use the case work method to intervene the weariness of primary school students through rational emotional behavior therapy,so as to help the service object effectively improve the weariness of primary school students,and try to provide a social work method and model for reference to solve the weariness of primary school students.So how to use rational emotional behavior therapy to intervene in primary school students tired of learning?And is it actually effective?The primary school student L,whose parents are divorced and whose family structure is incomplete,is a left-behind child and shows certain characteristics of school weariness.The scale further found that L's learning weariness problems were embodied in three aspects:learning weariness cognition,learning weariness emotion and learning weariness behavior.There are many reasons for the problem of weariness of learning:lack of correct cognition of learning,low expectation of learning,negative influence of "useless learning" media,poor self-control,serious absence of parental education in the family and so on.After obtaining the consent of the individual and the guardian,this study took the student as the service object,and adopted rational emotion-behavior therapy to intervene the social work of the case.Cognitive behavior theory as a guide,follow the basic steps of social work,and the basic practical skills of social work and rational emotional behavior therapy were combined to make a case work plan for the service objects,and the intervention was conducted from cognitive,emotional and behavioral aspects respectively.A total of 11 activities including case talks were designed.Through the satisfaction evaluation form,the weariness scale,the self-feedback of the client,and the evaluation of important others,the client has been improved to a certain extent in the three levels of weariness cognition,weariness emotion,and weariness behavior.He is cheerful and presents a positive and positive outlook on life as a whole.Individual intervention has achieved certain results.Through the intervention mode and social work ethics two aspects of reflection.In terms of the intervention mode,the use of rational emotional behavior therapy has its advantages:rational emotional behavior mode not only corrects the behavior,but also changes the deeper ideological beliefs and emotions.But its shortcomings lie in denying the importance of empathy and not paying attention to the past experiences of the people it serves;In terms of social work ethics,the author reflects on whether researchers maintain value neutrality and whether they exceed the scope of professional relationship in the course of case service.Finally,it is concluded that rational emotion-behavior therapy is effective in students 'weariness.Service object changed "study useless","learn to also learn can't","I'm stupid",such as irrational beliefs,eliminating the "learning is not interested in","tired of homework and class","teachers",such as weariness,correcting the"concentration" and "homework copy to cope with" "and" cheating "learning behavior,to develop good study habits,learning objectives.In general,from the initial aversion to learning to the rational treatment of learning,the service object has built up confidence in learning and increased interest in learning.
