Education,not only China's national strategy but also a plan of Chinese Communist Party,serves as the cornerstone of the prosperity of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation and the well-being of the people.Teachers,the foundation of education and the source of education,are the most fundamental force to motivate the development of education.Rural education plays an important role in China's education,whose educational quality and level account on the overall quality and level of education across the state.Meanwhile,rural teachers are the nucleus in the course of enhancing rural education.It is just on account of the influence of many factors,such as the imbalanced development of urban and rural areas for a long time,that rural education has been a drawback in the development of China's education;however,the most prominent problem in the flaw of rural education is the rural teachers.In the new era,the CPC Central Committee puts forward the "Rural Revitalization Strategy",whose mission is to accomplish the overall revitalization of the countryside.To achieve the overall revitalization of rural areas,it can't live without the assistance of rural education;furthermore,to make the rural education can be better conducive to the rural revitalization,so we need to strengthen the rural teachers.Taking Jinxi County as an exemplification,this research,by means of conducting questionnaires and interview surveys on the rural primary school teachers,summarizes the problems existing in the teachers' teams.Afterwards,we implement a further analysis on the causes of the problems,and finally propose effective measures to improve the team of rural primary school teachers in Jinxi County.According to the research,to some extent,notwithstanding the primary school teachers in Jinxi County have been strengthened,there are still some problems,such as unreasonable structure of teachers,weak occupational aspiration of teachers,low overall quality of teachers,serious loss of teachers and lack of professional consciousness of teachers.What results in these problems? The rural education resources have been distributed unevenly.The rural teachers' salary is comparatively low while the rural teachers' training is of low quality.Of course,the rural working and living environment is poor and out of mode,and the rural education atmosphere is not vivid.At present,with the improvement of primary school teachers' team in Jinxi County,it ushers in a brand-new opportunity.Therefore,it behooves us to implement a series of open and effective talent policies to optimize the structure of rural teachers.We need to improve the multi-investment guarantee mechanism and enhance the professional ability of rural teachers.By the same token,we should also perfect the rural teacher training system to improve the overall quality of rural teachers.Consequently,it attaches significance to ameliorating the environmental conditions of rural schools to alleviate the loss of rural teachers while creating an atmosphere of respecting teachers and thinking highly of education in rural areas and enhancing the professional identity of rural teachers.
