From the 1980 s to the early 1990 s,the idea of learning society has attracted wide attention all over the world.With the deepening of international research on lifelong learning for all,Chinese academia began to pay attention to this field.In the early stage of research and development,China's research in this field is relatively weak,but in the practical exploration,China has made some experience achievements,feedback to the construction of learning society in China,and promote the research of learning society in China.Learning society is the ultimate form of other forms of education in our country.Studying learning society and observing the development process of learning society are the important guarantee to keep the development vitality of learning society and continue to develop.Since the development of learning society,what kind of development course does the study of learning society experience in China,and how its development characteristics are manifested: whether the research results are rich or not,how the research team is formed,how the research theme changes and so on.In other words,in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,what is the development process,current situation and future development trend of learning society in China.The research is based on the literature of the development of learning society in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.With the help of CiteSpace knowledge visualization tool,using bibliometrics,literature analysis,knowledge atlas and other research methods,the relevant literature is analyzed in terms of data statistics,keyword co-occurrence analysis,co-occurrence analysis of authors,co-occurrence analysis of journals,research frontier changes and so on,and the development process and characteristics of learning society research in China are obtained.Finally,based on the above characteristics,this paper makes a prospect of the study of learning society in China and provides some suggestions.According to the number of research results and its underlying causes,the study of learning society in China can be divided into four stages: germination,growth,prosperity and stability.Learning society.The author,periodical information and research group of each stage are analyzed in detail.On the basis of the research and development of each stage,this paper summarizes the general characteristics of the study oriented society in China.In terms of research results,there are many or few research groups,from decentralization to focus;research groups have grown from scratch,forming a large number of influential scholars groups in the field of learning society in China,such as Chen Nailin,Ye Zhonghai,Zhu Xinjun,Chen Tingzhu,Wu Zunmin,Gao Zhimin;the main research institutions are normal university research groups with Huadong Normal University as the main force,and central to local radio and television universities Wait.The research hot spots and topics have experienced many kinds of educational changes,such as the theoretical construction of learning society,the construction of lifelong education system,the construction of learning city and the practice research of lifelong learning for all,the theory and Practice Research of Open University and credit bank,community education,elderly education and so on.Based on the above analysis,the future development trend of learning society in China is prospected in order to further promote the development of learning society in China.It is suggested to strengthen basic research,enhance research consensus,strengthen cooperation and exchange,innovate research methods,enhance field strength,establish professional journals,and pay attention to the close relationship among policy,practice and theoretical research.
