With the idea of lifelong education and learning society becoming more popular education for the age has become the important part of elderly business and lifelong educationg.Facing the serious challenge of international community and China’s aging population trends,more and more old people change themselves and improve life quality by education.Education for the aged is the most important part of lifelong education,is the main factor of constructing learing-oriented society and is the essential part of building harmonious society.Nowadays, China’s old education career still not quite as good during the development,not only in city,but also in the city area and city community,there still has great distance between old education career present situation and how to make old people enjoy education right have become theoretical value and practice significance.This paper researches China’s old education from the following five parts:Part1:General. In the learning society as the background, in order to geriatric education as the focus, through to the domestic and foreign old education research comparative analysis of the current situation, to further clarify the elderly education research contents, research purpose and significance of the research.Part2:The importance and feasibility analysis of old education promoting learning society.The first to use the method of literature review this paper expounds the concept connotation. Then through analyzing the Xi’an city ageing analysis of the status quo, as well as to its education needs understanding, further clarify the older meaning of education, so as to promote the learning type society and geriatric education integration.Part3:The analysis of implementing old education communitylization.Taking Xi’an Lianhu District under the jurisdiction of the learning community and lane Weiyang District under the jurisdiction of the Xinglong Changqing Park community for the community elderly education case, analyzes the obstruction of Xi’an elderly community education development factors. Such as functional factors include community geriatric education managers do not attach importance to education for the elderly; government and street, neighborhood for community elderly education investment is not enough; the government did not make the security community geriatric education development rules and regulations; the education for the elderly and less government propaganda. Economic factors including community geriatric education hardware establishment is not whole; community geriatric education software establishment is not whole; community education. Individual factors include poor health, age of travel is not convenient, busy with work, cannot accompany children; older people own lack of learning enthusiasm; domestic busy, no time to geriatric education; cultural level is too low.Part4:The analysis of urban area old education. Proposed Xi’an geriatric education problem demanding prompt solution, such as the elderly education is an important part in the lifelong education idea has not form consensus, geriatric education has not been incorporated into the whole education planning, geriatric education theory system research has not yet formed, geriatric education management system and the imperfect laws and regulations, the government of geriatric education development of administrative intervention in overweight, geriatric education teachers not only instability, low quality of University for the aged.Part5:The strategy research of China’s old education under the background of learning society. Microcosmic strategies such as the formation of senile old school education, distance education, community education, elderly social education as the main form of the old education pattern,We should establish a strong geriatric education teachers, we should integrate the social resources of education, suitable for the development of the elderly course, promote the education for the elderly volunteer work, providing geriatric education information, enrich the injury insurance system for the elderly, active exploration study method; macro strategies such as countries should strengthen the education of the aged concern, establish education for the aged" welfare" system, constructing the education for the elderly" Overpass", strengthen theoretical research activities, improve the old-age education theory should be innovative.
