Critical thinking is an important quality for students in the 21 st century.The2017 edition of the new biology curriculum standard also proposes that critical thinking is one of the important scientific thinking and an important part of the core accomplishment of biology.Improving students' critical thinking ability is very important for developing students' core quality and cultivating innovative talents in the deepening of basic education reform.Deep learning is based on students' understanding and transfer ability,creating practice links,guiding students to practice,exploring scientific laws,improving the existing cognitive structure,cultivating students' biological core accomplishment,and making learning really happen.The purpose of this paper is to study the cultivation of students' critical thinking by teaching strategies based on deep learning.The research of this paper is as follows:firstly,through reading literature,the concepts of deep learning and critical thinking,the research status at home and abroad are sorted out,and the purpose and significance of cultivating students' critical thinking ability in biology teaching in high school are demonstrated.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used in this study to understand the level of students' critical thinking tendency in the three high school classes studied.The survey results showed that there was no significant difference in students' critical thinking tendency in the first three classes,and the average total score was about 233,which was in a state of contradiction.In each dimension of critical thinking tendency,more than half of the students are in a relatively contradictory state in the aspects of truth seeking,open-mind,analytical ability,systematization ability and cognitive maturity,while half of the students are in a relatively weak tendency in the two dimensions of thirst for knowledge and confidence.On the basis of understanding students' current level of critical thinking tendency,this study also USES experimental research to explore the role of deep learning-based biology classroom teaching strategy in cultivating critical thinking tendency.Before and after the experiment,with the help of California critical thinking tendency measurement tool with certain reliability and validity,the critical thinking tendency level of students was measured,and the changes of the total score and scores of each dimension before and after the experiment were analyzed.Experimental results show that: the tendency of students' critical thinking improved after the experiment,mainly displays in the ability to seek the truth,the open mind analysis,systematic andcognitive maturity five dimensions of ascension,and the thirst for knowledge and critical thinking confidence to improve the effect is not significant,the specific reason remains to be further analysis.In the control group,there was no significant improvement in critical thinking before and after the experiment.According to the comparison of the experimental group before and after the experiment and the comparison between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,it shows that the teaching strategy based on deep learning proposed in this paper can improve students' critical thinking tendency.
