The development of socialism requires us to train talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.With the development of quality-oriented education,schools have not only attached importance to intellectual education,but also put moral education in the first place.In order to improve the moral development level of students,first of all,it is necessary to understand the status of their moral development,but the measurement of moral development level still has the following deficiencies:(1)Ideological and moral test scores can only measure students' theoretical knowledge;(2)The way that teachers evaluate good or bad can only reflect the external behavior of students observed by teachers;(3)Some of the measures that are used to measure students' level of moral development either measure a certain aspect of their moral development or they are not standardized measures,and they are also flawed in measuring their level of moral development.All in all,there is still a lack of standardized measurement tools that can effectively measure students' real level of moral development.As the moral development of students contains all kinds of complex components,it is impossible to directly intervene,so it is necessary to find the factors that affect the moral development of students,and to improve the moral development level of students through the intervention of the influencing factors.Objective: The purpose of this study is to compile a questionnaire on moral development of middle school students,to explore the relationship between moral elevation and moral development,and to intervene in moral elevation to improve the moral development level of junior high school students.Methods: This study was divided into three parts.The first research is to compile the moral development questionnaire for middle school students,measure the moral development level of students,understand the moral development status of middle school students;The second research is starting from the moral elevation,middle school students were tested with the moral elevation scale and the self-designed moral development questionnaire to study the relationship between the moral elevation and moral development,and provide guidance for intervention;The third research applies moral elevation to the moral education of middle school students,through the intervention of moral elevation,the moral development level of middle school students can be improved.Objects: Middle school students from many middle schools in Jiangxi province were selected as subjects,with a total of 5,139(first study group: 4241,second study group: 812,third study group: 86).Conclusions:(1)The moral development questionnaire for middle school students includes positive self-knowledge,good personal habits,basic civic qualities and interpersonal communication quality in 4 dimensions,57 items,internal consistency reliability,sub-half reliability,and validity all meet the requirements,which can be used as a measuring tool for the personal character development level of middle school students.(2)The moral elevation level of middle school students can affect their moral development level,moral development level of students with high moral elevation level is also high,moral development level of students with low moral elevation level is also low.(3)The moral development level of students can be improved through the intervention of moral elevation.
