Practical Research On The Cultivation Of Sports Core Literacy In High School Basketball Teaching

"Core literacy" is the essential character and key ability that students should have to adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development.The core accomplishment of sports is the embodiment of the core accomplishment in the field of sports.It refers to the key ability and necessary character that students should have to meet the needs of lifelong sports development.With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,the goal of senior high school physical education is no longer only the teaching of physical skills,but also the cultivation of students' core physical literacy on the basis of basic skills teaching to promote the comprehensive development of students.Therefore,starting from changing the traditional teaching methods of physical education and health course,this paper conducts experimental intervention from the three aspects of sports ability,health behavior and physical education morality to explore the significance and value of core physical education in school physical education.This article mainly USES the method of documentary,teaching experiment and questionnaire investigation,the vision of sports core literacy infiltration,the design and implementation,through the teaching experiment from sports ability,health and sports behavior character three sides facing the experimental group and control group teaching practice research,validation of basketball culture core literacy teaching effect.The research results show that:(1)In the short period of PE core literacy teaching,there is no significant difference in the improvement of students' physical quality,but there is some improvement.(2)There is a significant difference between core physical education literacy teaching and traditional basketball teaching in students' basketball skills.Core physical education literacy teaching can better promote students' basketball skills.(3)There are significant differences between the core physical education accomplishment teaching and basketball traditional teaching in terms of students' exercise habits.The infiltration of the core physical education accomplishment in basketball teaching can better promote the cultivation of students' exercise habits.(4)There are significant differences between core physical education accomplishment teaching and basketball traditional teaching in cultivating students' physical education morality.The cultivation of core physical education accomplishment in basketball teaching can better promote the improvement of students' physical education morality,which has its own advantages and is of great significance and value in school physical education.
