Plyometrics is an important tool to improve the explosive power of the lower limbs in modern athletic training,and the strength of the lower limbs directly affects the athletic performance of aerobics special college students.By reviewing the literature and other means,we have learned that due to the lack of systematic training methods,training arrangements and training plans,there are only a few cases of rapid stretching compound training being used in competitive aerobics training.In this paper,from the point of view of sports training,guided by modern sports science research theories and methods,combined with the technical characteristics of aerobics special,based on two training methods,Plyometrics and conventional strength exercises,to explore the influence of different training methods on the lower limb explosive power of college students in aerobics special,and to summarize better methods to improve the lower limb explosive power,to achieve better training effects,for aerobics special This paper provides a theoretical basis and reference value for the training practice of lower limb explosive power of college students,and further promotes the development of college aerobics program.The main research methods of this paper are: literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical and statistical method and video analysis method,with experimental method as the main method;18students(10 males and 8 females)of 2022 aerobics special class in the College of Arts of Wuhan Institute of Sports as experimental research objects,and randomly divided into two groups(5 males and 4 females in each group),and the experimental design is.Members of the experimental group received Plyometrics,members of the control group received regular resistance strength training,and the experimental indexes of all members were tested before the experiment;the experimental period was 12 weeks and divided into three phases,namely,the basic phase,the improvement phase and the consolidation phase,with three training sessions per week and 90 min per training session.in the selection of explosive strength test and test indexes of the lower limbs,the main ones were longitudinal jump touch height(In the test and test indexes,the main indexes were long jump touch height(in situ),reverse long jump in situ(CMJ)and standing long jump(in situ),etc.Before and after the experiment,the completion of the difficult aerial movements in group B of the two groups of students was scored and analyzed,and the statistical software such as SPSS was used to conduct the test of difference,so as to verify the effect of Plyometrics on the explosive power of lower limbs of college students specializing in aerobics,and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for future training or research on the explosive power of lower limbs of students specializing in aerobics.research to provide theoretical and practical basis.The results of the study showed that.1.from the independent sample t-test results of each index before and after the experimental group,it can be seen that there is a significant difference(P < 0.05)before and after the experiment,and the scores of each index after the experiment are significantly improved compared with those before the experiment,which proves that the Plyometrics has improved the lower limb explosive strength of the aerobics special college students in the experimental group and the completion quality of difficult aerial movements in group B.2.The results of independent sample t-test before and after the experiment of the control group showed that the scores of each index of the subjects who used the conventional resistance strength training improved after the experiment compared with those before the experiment,but it was not significant,and there was no significant difference between the indexes before and after the experiment(P>0.05),which proved that the conventional resistance strength training improved the explosive strength of the lower limbs and the quality of the completion of the difficult aerial maneuvers of group B in the control group of aerobics students.The quality of lower limb explosive strength of the control group and the completion of difficult aerial movements of group B were improved,but not significantly.The independent sample t-test of the indexes of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment showed that there was no significant difference between the indexes of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P>0.05),and after the experimental intervention for 12 weeks,the test results of the experimental group and the control group showed a significant difference(P>0.05),and the indexes of the experimental group scored higher than those of the control group.Therefore,from the experimental results,it can be seen that: in improving the lower limb explosive strength of aerobics special college students and the completion quality of difficult aerial movements of special group B,both Plyometrics and conventional resistance strength training have certain improvement effects,but the training effect of Plyometrics is better and the improvement margin is greater than that of conventional resistance strength training.4.The level of explosive strength of the lower limbs directly affects the quality of aerobics special college students to complete the difficult movements in the air of group B,including artistry,completion,etc.,thus affecting the overall score of the whole set.Through the use of Plyometrics,and then combined with the characteristics of aerobics special training,can well maintain the functional status of aerobics special students,maintain a positive and good training state.
