| In the new era of social construction,China's social work has developed rapidly. As an important part of teaching, the professional practice of social work is playing an increasingly important role in talent training. However, there are still some problems in the professional practice of master of social work.Interns have to face the change from the role of student to the role of social worker. What is the process of this transformation? In the process of role transformation, why does interns have problems in role practice to varying degrees. And how to better achieve the role change of interns? The author combed out the research on social work practice and interns' role practice, and found that few studies have studied the cognitive process of interns' role change from the perspective of interns. To this, the author with the help of a professional internship in H village,a number of social workers to participate in internship interns as the research object,by using participatory observation method and interview method, show master of social work students in professional practice the role of cognitive process and the outstanding role of practical problems, and explore the path to reconstruct the social work role in practice. The study found that the cognitive changes of master of social work interns on the role of social worker can be summarized as three stages. In the first stage,in the early stage of internship, under the social expectation and self-expectation,interns expect to play a full role and use professional skills.Under the guidance of the supervision, the early stage of the activities carried out smoothly.Interns have the idea of omnipotence for social workers and believe that social workers can "do well in all" professional services, which is mainly reflected in their confidence in their professional background and optimistic expectation for future services. In the second stage,in the middle of the internship, the interns met with frustration and confusion:firstly, the lack of professional knowledge and ability, and the western theoretical knowledge they learned in school could not be applied to local social work practice,so the role practice did not conform to the expectation.Second,in the context of internship, interns are faced with the limitation of their own ability and the doubt of the service object, and turn to deny themselves and doubt the professional play of the role of social workers, resulting in role ambiguity.Third, with the deepening of the internship, interns are students and social workers with various tasks, but lack of effective communication between interns, resulting in role conflicts.Meanwhile, theorganization did not provide supervision and support in time, and the theoretical knowledge learned could not solve these puzzles and problems,so the interns felt helpless and could not do anything well. The third stage, late internship, interns straighten your positive attitude, active learning, careful observation, reflection, and with the help of peers to supervise, mutual support, and other social work for the team to adjust work way and content,to rediscover the value of the social worker, finally returned to practice "able to do some" role.In general, the social work interns have experienced the expectation, cognition and practice of the social work role in the process of changing from the student role to the social work role.Interns need to constantly adjust and position themselves, and solve the psychological and work process of maladjustment problems.Aiming at the problems encountered by interns at the beginning of the role transition and based on the attempt of role transition and repositioning in the later stage of the internship, this paper explores the path for interns to reconstruct the role of social workers. The Suggestions are mainly from the intern's individual, institution, community and school. |
