The Role Conflict And Adjustments Of Master Of Social Work In Professional Practice

In 2006,the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)provided the-"great social work talent team".Due to the urgent need of the development of national social construction,the party and the government pushed forward the rapid development of social work.Social education get a new period of vigorous development.According to the Social Work Education Association,as of March 2017,105 institutions in the country have set up MSW education and cultivated a large number of social work talents.As an important part of teaching links,professional practice has become relatively nomatice and mature,and played an irreplaceable important role,but still difficult to change its weak status quo.Based on the existing social work professional practice,social work students and the role of conflict in the relevant research found that the existing research rarely research the role of conflict from the perspective of social work students.This paper adopts qualitative research methods,taking H colleges as an example to explore the role conflict of students in social work special students in their professional practice.First of all,it analyzes the relationship between the so.cial workers' internships and the interns,the clients and the schools,and so on,as well as the role played by the students in the process.Second,it analyzes the conflict of roles encountered by the students in the social work,including the conflict of roles caused by personal expectation and expectation of pluralistic society,the conflict of roles caused by single role and multiple role play.Finally,according to the problem,the causes of the conflict of roles are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to alleviate and adjust the role conflict from the social,the school,the internship and the individual.
