Objective:Based on outstanding freestyle wrestling athletes (sports level for level 1) serum metabolomics training cycle is analyzed, combined with traditional biochemical indicator detection at the same time, system to fully disclose freestyle wrestling the metabolic process of sport and is closely related to metabolic compounds, training for the scientific monitoring and provide experimental reference for reasonable nutrition intervention.Methods:From the selection of the freestyle wrestling team Shanxi Province 10 athletes (male, female 5), the first week of training to begin winter training, respectively, in the training of the early, middle and late collected blood samples three times, each time all take the blood from the center of the elbow vein 7ml,2ml into the anticoagulant tubes used for detection of blood routine, the remaining 5ml of whole blood serum, centrifugal after a used to detect serum CK, BU and T, and another is stored in -20℃ until nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) signal acquisition. By 1H NMR metabonomics method and multivariate statistical analysis to find the athletes different training phase difference in the serum metabolic marker, data carries on the single factor analysis of variance using SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.The results of biochemical test showed that male athletes blood WBC, RBC, Hb, Hct and MCV change trend is consistent, fell after training, rise again after recovery, in addition to the WBC recovered index minimum is slightly lower than the normal range, the other indexes were in normal range. Serum CK, BU in significantly increased after training (P<0.05), CK after recovery decreased significantly (P<0.05), BU there was no significant change. T also appears after training and recovery after first decreases after rising trend, but the change is not significant; Female athletes RBC, Hb, Hct and MCV trends is consistent, fell after the training, after return to rise, while the WBC in training and recovery after a continuous decline, in addition to the WBC index after training and recovery after the index values below the normal range, the rest of the blood indexes were in normal range. Serum CK after training compared with quiet values, appeared significantly higher (P<0.05), compared with after training significantly decline after recovery (P<0.05). T after training compared with quiet value decreased significantly (P<0.05), slightly increased after recovery, but there was no significant change. BU in the value of the three stages of training to reduce after rising first, but there were no significant changes;2.The results of metabolomics test showed that male athletes serum metabolic group information has 6 kinds of differences in metabolic markers (P<0.05), leucine, isoleucine, valine, beta hydroxy butyric acid, lactic acid and hippuric acid salt. With quiet when compared with male athletes after training in the serum leucine, isoleucine, valine, a significant rise in lactic acid, and a significant reduction in the beta hydroxy butyric acid and hippuric acid salt, after restoring found no significant differences in metabolic markers in serum. Compared with after training, the male athlete after restoring leucine, isoleucine, valine, lactic acid declined significantly, and beta hydroxy butyric acid and hippuric acid salt did not change significantly;Female athletes have three differences in serum metabolic group information metabolic markers (P<0.05), respectively is valine, pyruvic acid, creatine. With quiet when compared to female athletes after training in serum valine declined significantly, a significant rise in pyruvic acid, creatine, there was no significant change in the recovery after found no significant differences in metabolic markers in serum. Compared with after training, female athletes after recovery significantly increased serum content of valine and creatine and pyruvic acid content decreased significantly;Conclusions:Metabonomics index with blood routine and biochemical indexes of freestyle wrestling athletes training monitoring provides meaningful information, but compared with metabonomics indicator on the blood routine and biochemical indexes, more accurately, comprehensively and profoundly reflect the body’s metabolic process and regularity of athletes training cycle, scientific training of coaches and athletes and monitoring, is of great significance to carry on the reasonable nutrition supplement.
