A Study On The Comprehensive Ability Of Students Majoring In Physical Education In Sports Colleges And Universities-A Case Study Of Shanghai Institute Of Physical Education

As the 3 x 3 basketball events are now hot in the world,even into the Olympic Games,it can be seen that the importance of 3 x 3 basketball events can be compared with the conventional 5 x 5 basketball events.But at present,there is no theoretical system of 3x3 basketball in China.This topic uses the research results of 5x5 basketball theory for reference,tries to use the strategy of theoretical derivation,puts forward the relevant concepts of 3x3 basketball theory,and constructs the theoretical framework and specific content of the course.On this basis,the course "3x3basketball" is developed,and the feasibility and teaching effect of the course are explored through educational experiments.It provides an effective way to train the 3 x3 Basketball Reserve coach team.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,Delphi,educational experiment and mathematical statistics.Referring to the content related to the theory of 3x3 basketball in the relevant literature,based on the theory of 3x3 basketball,using Fink integrated curriculum design mode to guide the development process of the course,using Delphi method to organize experts to give guidance and suggestions on the content of the course and draw the course outline of 3x3 basketball,on this basis,design the education experiment of the course to verify the teaching effect ?Based on the theory of Fink's integrated curriculum design mode,the learning objectives,learning contents,learning methods,assessment methods and other basic components of the course are determined,and the curriculum outline and education progress are written.In the educational experiment,the subjects were tested before and after a single group to analyze the theoretical test scores before and after the course.The results show that the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the subjects are greatly improved before and after the course,as well as the ranking of the competition.In the competition,it reflects the improvement of technology,tactics and the ability of using rules.
