Research background and significance: the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly proposed in the strategic task of printing and Distributing "China education modernization 2035" to speed up the education reform in the information age,and use modern technology to speed up the reform of talent training mode.Nowadays,the rapid development of network information technology is gradually changing people's living habits and learning methods.The widespread use of various electronic devices has brought new learning methods such as multimedia teaching and online teaching into the traditional classroom teaching.In such an environment,a new teaching mode,i.e.hybrid teaching,has emerged.Hybrid teaching,in a broad sense,refers to a "online" + "offline" teaching mode that combines the advantages of online teaching and traditional teaching.Through the organic combination of the two teaching organization forms,it can not only promote the discussion and exchange between teachers and students,but also fully meet the students' independent initiative and enhance students' interest in the course.The application of Hybrid Teaching in college football teaching will provide certain reference value for college football teaching.Research object and methods: This paper takes the football course teaching of Donghua University in Shanghai as the research object,through the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,etc.,to carry out mixed teaching of football course in Colleges and universities,combine the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and network teaching,and explore the establishment of a new mode of mixed teaching of football in Colleges and universities.In the experimental method,two football classes in the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year of Donghua University were compared.One class was the experimental group and the mixed teaching mode was used;the other class was the control group and the traditional teaching mode was used.Two groups of 25 students,all boys,before the experiment,the two groups of students were tested for football skills,physical fitness and other indicators as well as football experience.Football skills include two skills tests of accurate playing and turn back of dribbling.Physical fitness includes five indexes of vital capacity,50 meters,standing long jump,sitting forward bend and 1000 meters.The results show that there is no significant difference in each index.After the experiment,according to the data of three indexes,such as football skill,physical quality and interest degree,the paper analyzes the influence of mixed teaching on the teaching effect of football teaching in Colleges and universities.Among them,football skill includes two skill tests of accurate playing and return dribbling,and physical quality includes three indexes of 50 m,vital capacity and 1000 m.All the data before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS.Chinese styleResults:(1)Physical fitness: after the experiment,compared with before the experiment,the scores of 50 m and 1000 m in the experimental group were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the vital capacity was not significantly changed(P > 0.05),the scores of 50 m and 1000 m in the control group were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),and the pulmonary capacity was not significantly changed(P > 0.05);after the experiment,the scores of 50 m and 1000 m in the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in lung capacity(P > 0.05).(2)Football Technology: after the experiment,compared with before the experiment,the students in the experimental group have a very significant improvement in the kick and dribble Technology(P < 0.01),and the students in the control group have a very significant improvement in the kick and dribble Technology(P < 0.01);after the experiment,there are very significant differences in the kick and dribble technology between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01),and the dribble technology is significant The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the accuracy of kicking and dribbling techniques in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.(3)Interest: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05)in the interest degree of the end of term teaching match and football improvement class,and there was significant difference in the interest degree of the school football team and long-term football game(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)The application of Hybrid Teaching in the teaching of football technology is obviously better than the traditional teaching mode.Hybrid teaching can not only show the technical action more carefully,but also greatly expand the learning space and time of students,which is the key to improve the level of football technology.(2)The mixed teaching has no obvious help to improve the students' physical quality.It needs the students to improve their physical quality through extracurricular exercises and physical activities.(3)Through the use of hybrid teaching can cultivate students' independent learning ability,make students from passive learning to active learning,stimulate students' learning motivation,so that students can have a strong interest in football.
