| Among various social groups,college students are a unique group.Study and life take up most of the time,and physical activity is significantly reduced,resulting in a low rate of compliance with the physical fitness test,and the phenomenon of unqualified 50-meter running is particularly serious.Therefore,how to quickly and effectively improve the performance of50-meter running and promote the development of physical fitness of ordinary college students is a problem that needs to be considered and solved urgently.At present,the traditional weight-bearing resistance training is still used to improve the 50-meter running performance of ordinary college students.This method has a single training method,low safety,and is limited by the venue.Based on an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors,technical characteristics and contraction of the lower extremity muscle groups of the 50-meter running event,the rapid expansion composite training theory was introduced to explore the relationship between the two,and the rapid expansion composite training and tradition were scientifically designed.Weight-bearing resistance training program.Through the 1RM,miter movement,standing long jump,in-situ vertical jump touch high special quality test,the general maximum strength of lower limbs,ankle strength and stability,horizontal and vertical explosive power of ordinary college students were evaluated.To explore the effect of two different training methods on ordinary college students’ 50-meter running performance and special test results,to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the effect of rapid expansion and contraction training on50-meter running,and to provide practical experience that can be replicated and promoted,for50-meter running teaching Provide a more scientific perspective.This article uses the literature method,the experimental method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,and the mathematical statistics method.The 60 students of the compulsory first year and second year of physical education in Qufu Normal University are used as experimental objects and randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Each of the 30 participants(15 male and 15 female)was given a rapid expansion compound training intervention in the experimental group and a traditional weight resistance training intervention in the control group.After 9 weeks(18 lessons)of training,the special quality evaluation indicators and 50-meter run of the experimental group and the control group were tested,and the data of the male and female members of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed and studied.The research results show that:1.After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the test results of the 50-meter running test between the experimental group and the control group boys(P <0.05).The 50-meterrunning test results of the experimental group boys were better than that of the control group;The rice race test scores have very significant differences(P <0.01),and the girls in the experimental group have a better improvement in the 50 meters race test scores than the control group.2.After 9 weeks of rapid expansion and compound training in the experimental group,boys and girls had very significant differences in 1RM,meter-shaped movement,standing long jump,and in-situ vertical jump high test(P <0.01).3.After 9 weeks of rapid flexion and compound training in the control group,the boys had very significant differences in the 1RM,rice-shaped mobile in-situ vertical jump high test(P<0.01),and were significant in the standing long jump test.There were significant differences(P<0.05);the girls had very significant differences in the 1RM,rice-shaped movement,standing long jump,and in-situ vertical jump high test(P <0.01).Conclusions and suggestions: 1.By analyzing the technical characteristics of the 50-meter running event and combining the theory of rapid telescoping compound training,it is concluded that the rapid telescoping compound training is realistic and feasible for improving the average50-meter running performance of college students.It is suggested to analyze the influencing factors,technical characteristics,and sports anatomy of sports events in the future,which proves that it is practical and feasible to use fast-retractable compound training for this project.2.Both the rapid flexion compound training and the traditional resistance training can improve the special quality test indicators of male college students.In the meter-shaped moving and standing long jump test project,the effect of the rapid telescoping compound training is better,indicating that the rapid telescoping compound training is superior to traditional weight resistance training in improving ankle strength and stability and horizontal explosive power.However,in the 1RM,in-situ vertical jump height test project,the traditional weight-resistance resistance training has a better effect,which shows that the traditional weight-resistance resistance training is superior to the rapid extension compound training in improving the overall maximum strength and vertical explosive force of the lower limbs of boys.It is recommended to use a combination of rapid flexion compound training and traditional weight resistance training to improve the overall maximum strength of the lower limbs,ankle strength and stability,horizontal explosive force and vertical explosive force of male college students.3.Both fast-stretching compound training and traditional resistance training can improve the special quality test indexes of female college students.In the 1RM,meter-shaped movement,standing long jump,and in-situ vertical jump test projects,the rapid expansion compound training has a better effect on improving its performance,which indicates that the rapid expansion compound training has the effect on the overall maximum strength of the girls’ lowerlimbs,the strength of the ankle joints,and stability.The improvement effect of sex,horizontal explosive power and vertical explosive power are better than traditional weight resistance training.It is recommended to use rapid telescoping compound training to improve the overall maximum lower limb strength,ankle strength and stability,horizontal explosive force and vertical explosive force of female college students.4.From the perspective of the improvement in the performance of the 50-meter race,the rapid telescopic compound training is superior to the traditional weight resistance training.From the experimental implementation process,the rapid expansion and compound training has the advantages of high safety,diverse training methods,less time,good results,and wide application to the crowd.However,it is also necessary to arrange training programs reasonably according to the characteristics of the project,pay attention to quality rather than quantity,and reasonably arrange exercise load.While promoting the level of sports development,it is also necessary to reduce the risk of injury as much as possible.At the same time,it is suggested to replace the traditional weight-bearing resistance training with fast-stretching compound training to carry out physical education for ordinary college students. |
