Mongolia Higher Education Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

The university aims to develop highly skilled technical and management experts as the foundation of economic growth.Universities and colleges play an important role in creating knowledge,social services,research and development.The role of higher education,which plays an important role in rapid technological change and globalization,is an important part of national institutions supporting regional development.The government r ecognizes the contribution of higher education to the country's economic development as one of the key elements of poverty reduction efforts and employment-based poverty reduction efforts and as a priority for reform of the higher education system.The Mong olian government innovates the third part of the government's 2012-2016 plan,"Mongols with academic education",which is capable of obtaining and obtaining the education and work knowledge and skills with Mongolian language ability and international match.The future development of the country will be the main goal of the education sector.Mongolia is a relatively small country with a population of over 3 million.Mongolia seems to be very good at the number of universities and colleges.Experience in develop ing countries has shown that education spending is high and can lead to adequate research and social needs.The content and planning of higher education needs to be updated,and the direct integration of education,research and training needs needs to adapt to the needs of society.In a market democratic society,there is an urgent need to improve the quality of education,improve the quality of higher education,improve the curriculum,and train internationally recognized researchers.In this regard,the curr ent problem for the higher education sector is to review the status quo of higher education,identify future trends and develop appropriate methods.Policies on higher education reform to improve the quality of higher education issues and improve our decisi on-making and internationally acceptable opportunities.This paper includes an introduction,four chapters and conclusion.First of all,through reading and combing the literature,the higher education situation in Mongolia is understood,the deficiencies o f the current higher education in Mongolia are analyzed,and the research content and methods are determined to prepare for the next step of the research.Then,relevant concepts of higher education in Mongolia are defined,and relevant theories of the deve lopment of higher education in Mongolia are analyzed to construct countermeasures of higher education in Mongolia.At last,relevant data and information were collected and sorted out.Principal component analysis and literature analysis were used to calcul ate the development status quo and countermeasures of higher education in Mongolia.
