Oral communication is a kind of speech activity in which the two parties communicate with each other for specific purposes,using oral language and appropriate expressions for information transmission and exchange of thoughts and feelings.In today's society,good oral communication ability is an important condition for the society to select and hire talents,and it is also an important reference for evaluating the quality of talents.Nowadays,the oral communication ability of secondary vocational students is generally not high,and it is difficult to adapt to the needs of increasingly close social interactions,which restricts the employment development of students.Based on the understanding of the importance of oral communication and the current situation of oral communication ability of secondary vocational students,On the basis of practice,the author feels: The implementation of the performance evaluation of oral communication in secondary vocational schools is an effective way to cultivate the oral communication ability of secondary vocational students.Combining with the actual and specific academic situation of oral communication in Chinese vocational schools,this paper is based on the case study of performance evaluation in the oral English communication class of secondary vocational school,focusing on the evaluation practice of Chinese oral communication class and analyzing the spoken English of secondary vocational school.The feasibility of using performance evaluation in communicative teaching,as well as the scope of application of performance evaluation,the matching of performance evaluation and oral communication,and the unique role of performance evaluation in oral communication.Specifically,it starts from five aspects.First,it analyzes the teaching objectives based on the Chinese language syl abus for speech and product introduction.Second,it designs performance tasks around learning objectives.Third,it develops corresponding scoring rules based on learning objectives and performance tasks.The fourth is to form a plan and implement it;the fifth is the reflection after the implementation of the plan.There are many oral communication training contents.The author starts from the actual needs of the secondary vocational marketing students,and takes the two special trainings of “speech” and “product promotion” in oral communication as the entrance.After the practice of performance evaluation cases,according to oral communication The specific learning objectives of the lesson,the specific performance tasks were designed,and specific scoring rules and scoring templates were provided.It can be said that the performance evaluation promotes teaching and learning,and reflects the design concept of performance evaluation of trinity of evaluation,teaching and learning.
