After entering the third grade of primary school,the students began to learn compositionwriting.At this stage,the teacher's guidance has a far-reaching impact on the development of students' writing ability.In the current educational environment,both new teachers and experienced teachers feel scared and confused about the guidance of composition-writing in the third grade.The mentality of teachers will inevitably affect their guidance behavior,which would impose effect on the development of students' writing ability.This paper adopts the method of educational narrative research by presenting the teachings methods of three teachers at different stages,elaborating on different ideas and methods for novice teachers,skilled teachers and expert teachers in their guidance of third-grade students.In the observation and interview,it was found that the guidance concept of the novice teacher A in the third grade has not been formed.Their teaching process mostly refers to the existing teaching design.By crafting their teaching materials carefully,they adopt the teaching mode of teacher speaking and student listening in class to complete the teaching task.In terms of exercise guidance,the growth of teacher origins from the network,lacking guidance from the school and the experienced teachers.And the guidance effect is influenced by students and families.Skilled teacher B believes that the exercise class should enrich students' experience,and he practices his own exercise instruction class under this guidance.When preparing for class,teacher B can prepare students while preparing for teaching reference,so the classroom atmosphere is more active.Expert teacher C pays more attention to the development of students' language literacy and believes that the work should be rooted in life.Teachers should spend more time on text interpretation and diligent thinking.On the basis of individual interviews with three teachers A,B and C,this paper further presents interviews with three groups of teachers at different development stages of L experimental school,and then the summary is made afterwards.Teachers in three different stages of development have different performances in terms of concept,preparation,teaching,evaluation and reflection.In order to accelerate the growth of novice teachers and skilled teachers in the composition guidance of the third grade,it is recommended that teachers should first establish a clear concept of work under the guidance of expert teachers,which is student-oriented,with life as its source,aiming at promoting students' language literacy.It is suggested to carefully design the process of composition-writing in the third grade,with the purpose of stimulating and maintaining their interest of their work.Start with nurturing writing habits and depicting details,and then clarify the ideas and goals of composition guidance in the third grade of primary school.
