Teachers' morality is the soul of teachers,It not only has a direct impact on teachers educational ideas,methods,and behaviors,but more importantly,teacher ethics has a guiding and role model role on students' psychological and behavioral methods.However,with the development of society,the complexity and uncertainty of the teacher's moral environment are increasing,which requires us to more deeply explore the relationship between the analyst's morals and the surrounding environment.Educational ecology is a discipline that studies the relationship between educational issues and the surrounding environment.It uses ecological thinking and methodology to interpret educational issues.For this study,the study of the primary school teachers 'ethics environment from the perspective of educational ecology shows that there is a close relationship between the primary school teachers' ethics and the teacher 's subjective and objective environment.On the other hand,it emphasizes the use of educational ecology Methodology analyzes the relationship between elementary school teachers' ethics and their environment.This study introduces the basic law of education ecology,the limiting factor law,the law of tolerance and the pot effect to analyze the teacher's moral environment,and takes the methodology,system theory and balance theory of education ecology as the theoretical basis of this research argument.Firstly,the ecological characteristics of teacher ethics are described,and then the relationship between teacher ethics and educational ecology is further demonstrated.Finally,from the perspective of education ecology,the benign development of the systematic and dynamic balance between elementary school teacher ethics and its environment is discussed.This study divides the teacher's ethics environment of elementary school teachers from the perspective ofeducational ecology into three dimensions: the main ecological environment of the teacher's ethics,the internal ecological environment of the school and the external ecological environment of the school.Demonstrates the integrity,complexity and dynamic characteristics of the elementary school teachers' moral environment.Based on the above points of view,this study takes A elementary school as an example to study and analyze the environment of elementary school teachers 'ethics and find that its main ecological environment is unbalanced,exhausted physiological environment and psychological contradiction;the school 's ecological environment is worrying,lack of material resources,and anomie Institutional environment,poor humanistic environment;complex off-campus ecological environment,mainly reflected in the limitations of the natural environment,the constraints of the social environment,and the variability of the standardized environment.Therefore,this study puts forward strategies for optimizing the teachers' ethics environment of elementary school teachers from the perspective of educational ecology.The first is to improve the main ecological environment and the teacher's ethics.The specific method is to maintain the internal stable state of the teacher's physiology,pay attention to the changes in the psychological state of the primary school teachers in real time,and improve the teacher's self-awareness;the second is to build a healthy internal ecological environment in the school To promote the healthy development of teacher ethics,the specific approach is to ensure that teacher ethics has as rich material resources as possible,to improve the school system ecological environment required by teacher ethics,and to cultivate a good humanistic environment;the third is to improve the school 's external ecological environment,for The development of teacher ethics provides more space,specifically to improve the response of teacher ethics to the natural environment,strengthen the implementation of the national teacher ethics policy,and create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and teaching...
