Research Of Incentive Mechanism Of Partner And Its Improvement In A Headhunting Company

Partner incentives are critical to the rapid development of an enterprise,and effective partner incentives can help start-ups achieve rapid growth in the short term.Enterprises need to establish a fair and effective partner incentive mechanism to fully tap the positive incentive effect of the partner incentive mechanism for staff.In this paper,A headhunting company has been established for nine years.It uses incentive mechanism.This made it to become one of the top three headhunting companies in China within nine years.However,the company is facing many challenges due to the current partner incentive mechanism.It has already impacted the company's rapid and healthy development,so the incentive mechanism needs to be improved.This research takes A headhunting company as an example to study the current partner incentive mechanism.Find out the existing problems and give relevant suggestions to improve.Firstly,analyze the development of the partnership system in China.Secondly,study the research of headhunting industry from domestic and overseas to provide theoretical knowledge for this research.Thirdly,figure out the disadvantages and reason of current partnership system.Hopes the research of A headhunting company's incentive mechanism is not only to be useful for the development of A headhunting company but also to help other companies who plan to use it.
