With the development of economic growth and the improvement of the quality of population, people in China are attaching more importance to good education. Seeking after-class tutoring to raise test scores and perfect knowledge structure has become the objective demand for parents and children. And private education training companies are playing an increasingly important role in the current education system, but at the same time, high turnover rate of good teachers in these companies and the problems of teachers management chaos seriously restrict the further development of these companies. Therefore how to attract and retain knowledge workers has become the priority of human resources management of education training companies.This article analyses the knowledge staff incentive mechanism of a developing private education company in Fuzhou, based on a thorough survey. The survey is conducted by way of questionnaires and is analyzed with incentive theories. The result of the survey shows that what the knowledge staff value most is the job itself, salary, benefits and personal career development and that the staff also look forward to the improvement of the current situation of the company’s interpersonal relations and team collaboration. The article points out the insufficient incentive performance for career planning, imperfect promotion system, inharmonious interpersonal relationship and unsound training system etc.Based on the results of the survey, the article further reveals the existing problems in the incentive mechanism by way of interview and analyzes from the aspects of company system and employee needs. Finally, the article puts forward suggestions on how to improve knowledge staff incentive management of private education training companies in terms of salary welfare system, personal career development as well as enterprise organizational climate.
