Cultivation Value And Realization Approach Of Craftsman Spirit In Higher Vocational Education

As an important part of our country's excellent traditional culture,the craftsman spirit has an inestimable effect on the development and prosperity of Chinese civilization.The traditional craftsman culture is carried by the craftsman and is concentrated in the material culture and spiritual culture of our country.In recent years,the government of our country has renewed the spirit of the craftsman and has given the new significance of the times.In our country,the manufacturing industry in China is at an important juncture of transformation and upgrading,vigorously carrying forward the spirit of the craftsman,promoting the construction of socialist political civilization,material civilization and spiritual civilization in our country,and promoting the growing good life of the people and the people.A solution to the contradiction between inadequate balance of development.As the main source of technical talents,higher vocational colleges bear the important responsibility of conveying talents to the society.In higher vocational education,the cultivation of the spirit of the craftsman is the need for the all-round development of the students.It is the need for the reform and innovation of the higher vocational colleges and the needs of the social and economic transformation and development.This article includes four aspects.The first part is the introduction,including the purpose and significance of this topic,the research status quo at home and abroad,and the research methods.The second part expounds the connotation and basic content of the craftsman spirit,and puts forward the connotation of the craftsman spirit on the basis of summarizing the different views on the spiritual meaning of the craftsman in the current academic circle.From the two aspects of thought and behavior,we summed up the content of craftsman spirit.The third part discusses the value of craftsman spirit cultivation from two aspects:individual value and social value.The social value is mainly manifested in the cultivation of the spirit of the craftsman in higher vocational colleges,which is conducive to the development of globalization,the reform of higher vocational education,the cultivation of new socialist successors and the practice of the socialist core values.The individual value is mainly manifested in the cultivation of the spirit of the craftsman in higher vocational colleges,which is conducive to promoting the overall development of the students,enhancing the students' employment competitiveness,enhancing the students' sense of responsibility and guiding the students to actively participate in the construction of socialism.The fourth part discusses the ways to realize the value of craftsman spirit from three aspects:family,school and society.
