Education is the foundation of a nation's development and strong,in the field of our country's most popular education is quality education,the education for all-around development is the premise of the implementation of school curriculum reform,therefore,the development of quality education and school curriculum reform is inseparable.the central committee of the communist party of China promulgated by the state council on deepening education reform and comprehensively promote quality education decision clearly pointed out that to adjust and reform the course system,structure,content,and set up new education course system,experiment with national curriculum,local curriculum and school curriculum.Based curriculum is defined by a certain type of school or individual teachers of a primary school,some teachers or teachers according to educational purposes all countries to develop,on the basis of the school environment and internal environment analysis,aiming at the school,this year or this class specific groups of students,the preparation,implementation and evaluation of programs.According to the modern classification theory to examine the curriculum,school-based curriculum is not a course type,but belongs to a category of program management,is being formed among the three courses with our management system to adapt to the new basic education curriculum system in a part of that is an integral part of the new curriculum in primary and secondary schools can not plan.In this article uses the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods to the current school-based curriculum in our country and the development status of aerobics has carried on the preliminary understanding,in-depth investigation and analysis of the xingtai 19 middle school leaders,teachers,students of aerobics awareness and attitude,on the development of school-based curriculum development at the same time the current xingtai 19 middle school aerobics basic conditions of school-based curriculum objective investigation.In this study the basic theory of school-based curriculum development as a starting point,the current development status of xingtai 19 middle school sports courses,to develop a micro 19 middle school aerobics school-based curriculum development plan,to improve the cognition of aerobics course,widely to improve penetration of aerobics exercise,make the students master the skill in the process at the same time,develops the student physique,improve sports ability,hard exercise,learning aerobics scientific training methods,the sports of lifelong exercise habit.The results of the study are as follows:Xingtai 19 middle school development of aerobics courses either from the perspective of quality education and curriculum reform,or from the perspective of student and teacher development,has certain necessity.Xingtai 19 middle school development aerobics school-based curriculum is feasible.First,the support of national policy;Second,school leaders have good cognition,attitude and supported;Third,the condition of physical education teachers and cognitive attitude can be very good to promote aerobics of school-based curriculum development;Fourth,the students' cognition,attitude and interest in aerobics help aerobics of school-based curriculum development;Fifth,the school hardware facilities can guarantee aerobics of school-based curriculum development;Sixth,the characteristics of aerobics itself can be better to let the students to accept,promoting the students' physical and mental development.Xingtai 19 middle school aerobics of school-based curriculum development from six aspects: one,to set up the organization;Second,the scenario analysis on sports teaching;Three,set up the aim of the course,Fourth,the choice of concrete teaching content;Fifth,to determine the curriculum implementation method;Sixth,to choose the right means of evaluation.
