Research On The Textbook System In The Process Of Physical Education Law Education In China

Since the 19 th Congress,the idea of ruling the country by law has become more and more popular.The sports industry is bound to enter the track of ruling by law.Ruling the body by law and ruling the sports by law are the main themes in today's sports world.How to popularize and spread the sports law and how to cultivate professional sports law talents are the main tasks of the sports law circle today.With the continuous development of sports,more and more sports legal problems also occur,which requires professionals with sports legal knowledge to solve these problems.However,there are few talents in sports law in our country at present.No matter in academic research or in dealing with practical problems of sports law,there is an urgent shortage of professional talents with knowledge of sports law.Therefore,it is an important measure to solve the above problems to do a good job in the education of sports law and to train excellent sports law talents.Since the promulgation of the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China,China has experienced a process from sports legal education to sports legal education.Sports law education has different problems in different periods.With the increasing trend of social pluralism in our country,the existing sports law textbooks have gradually failed to keep pace with the development of sports law.At present,there are many problems in China's sports law education,and the most important problem is the lack of sports law teaching material system,which further limits the process of China's sports law education.Based on this,this research takes the problems of teaching material system in the process of physical education law education in our country as the main research object,and uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,induction and logical analysis to study and analyze these problems.The study investigated some colleges and universities that carry out sports law education on the spot,and consulted the corresponding documents and materials,and concluded that at present sports law education in China is mainly carried out in sports colleges and a small number of lawcolleges and universities.Some colleges and universities neglect the education of physical education law.There is a lack of unified textbooks in the education of sports law,and the current textbooks are not suitable enough.The main problem is the lack of teaching material system of sports law in the process of sports law education in our country.As a result,China's sports law education has produced fewer sports law talents.According to the above problems,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the future sports law education in our country.Teachers and students of law schools are strongly urged to participate in the research and teaching of sports law.Schools that carry out sports law education should strongly support teachers and students of sports law to participate in academic conferences related to sports law(such as the annual Bohai Sea Sports Law Conference).In the future sports law education work,case teaching should be strengthened and classroom and social practice links of sports law education should be set up.In terms of teaching materials,it is necessary to compile a unified textbook of sports law and to construct a teaching material system of sports law.Finally,it appeals to the scholars in the sports law field to continue to engage in the research on sports law education,sports law teaching materials,sports law teaching material system and other related knowledge,to compile different versions of teaching materials suitable for the development of sports law education in law colleges and sports colleges as soon as possible,and to continuously improve the sports law teaching material system in our country,thus promoting the process of sports law education in our country.
