Since 2014,China has started the reform of the new college entrance examination,and 14 provinces have announced the implementation of the new college entrance examination.With the implementation of the new college entrance examination,the new type of teaching organization,Class-Selection system,has gradually entered the high school stage of education and attracted people's attention.People have discussed whether it can fit the current education environment of China,whether it can be implemented in the high school stage which is greatly influenced by the traditional concept,and how to adapt it to the education in China.This paper thinks that under the background of the new college entrance examination,the Class-Selection system is appropriate.Firstly,Class-walking system is an inevitable choice for the "subject-selection system" in the new college entrance examination reform.Secondly,class-walking system,starting from humanism,pays attention to the development of all students and devotes itself to the development of individual differences of students,which is consistent with the purpose and pursuit of the New College entrance examination reform.In order to demonstrate the suitability of the shift system under the background of the new college entrance examination,this paper mainly demonstrates from two aspects of theory and practice.On the theoretical level,this paper analyzes and discusses the connotation and ideological basis of the class system,and demonstrates the significance of this system to the new college entrance examination.The practical level is discussed from two aspects.The first is to introduce the experience of class system in foreign countries and the reference significance for China's education.The purpose is to provide strong factual support and basis for the feasibility of implementing class-walking system and its educational significance and value.The second is to use the interview method to interview a high school which implements it.Through the interview to understand the current situation of the shift system,and according to the interview results to analyze the problems in the implementation process of the shift system,and discuss the causes of the problems,and then discuss the solutions and strategies to the problems in the process of the shift system.The specific chapters are as follows:The first chapter is an overview of the system,including the connotation,theoretical basis and the relationship between it and the new college entrance examination.The second chapter introduces the forms,methods and methods of the class system in the United States and Finland,and analyzes its educational significance to China from four aspects: students,teachers,schools and society.The third chapter is to the analysis of the interview results.It mainly includes three parts: interviewee and interview outline,interview strategy and implementation,and interview results and analysis.The interview results and analysis include the current situation and problems of the shift system.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the problem of the shift system.The fifth chapter is the exploration of the strategies and methods to solve the problem of the shift system.The sixth chapter is the reflection of the whole study and the affirmation of the significance and value of the shift system.The conclusion part is the summary of the current shift system.
