Education is the foundation of national development,and teachers are the foundation of education.As future teachers,normal university students should pay more attention to improving the quality of normal university students' training.Among the teacher education courses focusing on the training of normal university students,educational practice,as a practical course,plays a crucial role in the training of normal university students' abilities,which needs to be pay more attention.The quality of educational practice will directly affect the quality of training of normal university students.In the context of "Internet + Education",the construction and application of online courses is an important means to realize the quality of talent cultivation.As one of the forms of online courses,SPOC plays a huge role in the field of education with its own advantages.Nowadays,the disadvantages of the traditional educational practice mode are gradually emerging.How to reform the existing educational practice mode and improve the quality of educational practice by taking the application of SPOC as an important means from the perspective of practical problems in the practice process and intern needs,became a question worth considering.The ministry of education documents clearly put forward the existing problems of educational practice,on the basis of analysis,this study designed a questionnaire to investigate the needs of interns,identified the needs of interns in the three aspects of educational practice,and carried out a feasibility analysis on the implementation of the application model from multiple perspectives.Under the guidance of the theory,the course design framework of blended learning by professor Huang Ronghuai is taken as a reference,in the early research needs of interns as the orientation,on the basis of the construction principle,the application model of SPOC in educational practice under demand orientation is constructed,which includes four parts: analytical and preparation stage,restricted access link,activity resource design stage,evaluation and reflection stage.On the basis of the application model,combined with the characteristics of H normal university,the SPOC course of "Secondary Education Internship and Practice" was selected,Relying on the online platform of the school and the public platform of WeChat,the internship will be implemented for three months.With the help of questionnaire and interview method,and combining the platform data generated during the implementation of the application model,Test the effect of the application mode from four aspects: learning situation of SPOC course,application situation of WeChat public account,demand satisfaction situation of interns in each educational practice and overall implementation effect of the mode,timely find the deficiencies in the mode and put forward suggestions for improvement.The analysis results show that the SPOC courses are well studied,WeChat has played a certain role in them,the needs of interns have been basically met,the overall implementation effect is good,it can have a positive impact on interns' educational practice,it has certain help to improve the quality of educational practice,it has proved that the application mode is feasible and effective,it shows that the implementation of this application mode is a meaningful attempt,and it has certain reference value for the reform of educational practice in other normal universities and the application of SPOC.
