SPOC(Small Private Online Course),the earliest used by Professor Fox,is a product of the Post-Mooc Era,which was developed from MOOC(Massive Open Oline Course).SPOC has the following characteristics:1)The mode of small-class teaching and collaborative learning;2)Reasonable adjustment of classroom structure;3)Respect students'class status;4)Make full use of teaching resource;5)Diversified teaching methods;6)Multi-angle teaching evaluation system.The college ph,ysical education curriculum should respect the student body function,advocate the inquiry type,the open teaching method and the informationization teaching idea.Currently,college physical education will be improved in those fields,such as obsolete content,teaching method and evaluating subject,student-subject-position,autonomous and cooperative learning,and teachers'repetitive work in domestic colleges.This paper aims at the present situation and policy background of public sports teaching in colleges and universities in China,to demonstrate the feasibility and implementation of SPOC courses.Literature reference,survey questionnaire,experiment design and mathematical statistics were used in this stud,y.Study found:1.implementing SPOC sports teaching need students with high learning autonomy,teachers with online resources organization ability,and an online platform and the support of school management to conform the teaching.2.we designed a teaching process of SPOC,which follows the principles of instructional design,including preliminary analysis,mid-term teaching and post-evaluation.The differences between traditional physical education and teaching design are reflected in:the early stage of SPOC related background analysis and media resources development;In the medium term,there are three parts:before,during and after class.The evaluation of students'online platform was increased.3.The SPOC tennis lessons improved the efficiency of offline teaching and achieved better teaching results compared with traditional tennis lessons.The results show that students are more likely to accept the SPOC tennis lessons,the ability of learning and self/peer assessment has significantly increased,and the education efficiency is also increased.4.The teaching of this form respects students' main status and satisfies the individualized teaching needs.To promote the reform of college physical education effectively;Promoting the informationization development of physical education course in colleges and universities;It conforms to the informationization teaching concept advocated by the state.In view of the limitations of this study,we propose the following suggestions:1.Improve the supervision function and big data statistical function of platform in the implementation of SPOC physical education.2.Further improve teachers'informationization teaching ability and design diversified teaching resources.3.Adjust the gap between groups immediately in the teaching process.
