This article is based on the latest revision of the senior high school Chinese curriculum standards in 2017,and is based on the first task group " Reading and Discussion of the Whole Book " of 18 learning task groups.By sorting out the development and research status of the concept of “ Reading of the Whole Book ”,designing and implementing the whole book reading teaching centered on the contemporary novel " The Ordinary World",research,analyze and reflect on the situations and problems in the teaching process,and use the above attempts as a basis to extend the whole book reading teaching of other novels in the high school stage,providing a theoretical and practical basis for the whole book reading teaching in the high school stage.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is an overview of the basic issues of reading the entire book,including combing the source and development of reading the entire book,defining the concept,and distinguishing it from similar concepts such as topic reading,a set of articles' reading,and masterpiece reading.Try to analyze the position of the study task group of the entire book reading among the 18 study task groups,explain the role of reading the entire book and some teaching principles,and introduce the reading methods related to reading the entire book.The second part mainly analyzes the teaching of reading the entire book of "The Ordinary World",analyzes the reason and teaching significance of choosing "The Ordinary World" for the whole book reading teaching in high school,designs the corresponding teaching goals and makes a plan of teaching courses reasonably,and explain the teaching strategies used in reading the book "The Ordinary World".The third part is the implementation of the whole book reading teaching centered on the "The Ordinary World",describing the specific learning situation of the teaching class,and making detailed plans for the arrangements and requirements for the reading phase of the "The Ordinary World" whole book.The entire reading teaching process is divided into three phases: the basic phase,the in-depth phase and the expansion phase.Nine reading tasks were designed,each of which extended to the design of an entire book reading task for other high school books.The fourth part is mainly about the evaluation of the entire book reading teaching centered on "The Ordinary World".It analyzes and elaborates from the three aspects of evaluation principles,evaluation subjects,and evaluation methods.Using multiple evaluation subjects and multiple evaluation methods to evaluate students' entire book reading process in various aspects.The fifth part is the analysis and enlightenment of the reading teaching of "The Ordinary World" whole book.By sorting out the performance and various situations of the students during the reading of the book "The Ordinary World",the effects of the reading teaching of the whole book are summarized,and the problems that occur in the course of the course are summarized.The enlightenment produced in the research of this subject is explained.Through the implementation of the entire book reading teaching centered on "The Ordinary World",the author has reached the following conclusions: The entire book reading teaching can help students accumulate personalized reading experiences,cultivate good reading habits,and form an elegant reading aesthetic Appeal,while also improving students 'creative thinking ability,has a positive effect on improving students' Chinese literacy.
