The standard of Chinese curriculum standard of ordinary high school(experimental draft)clearly puts forward "have extensive reading interest.Learn to choose the right materials,read good books,read the whole book,enrich your spiritual world,and improve your cultural taste.The total number of reading literary classics and other reading materials is no less than 1.5 million words.In 2017 the newly revised "the ordinary high school language curriculum standards," the entire book reading and research as one of high school learning task group,and put forward the "reading guide students through the whole book reading,broaden the horizons,construct the experience of reading the whole book,to develop their reading method,improve reading appreciation ability,develop good reading habits,to promote the student to the Chinese traditional culture,the revolutionary culture,an advanced socialist culture deep learning and thinking,form the correct outlook on life,world view and values." From the description of the reading status and teaching requirements of the whole book,the whole book reading teaching has always been one of the important contents of Chinese teaching in high school.But with the arrival of information age,the rapid rise of the network technology,the rapid rise of network electronic fast reading,to read weibo,micro letter,public reading and APP reading represented by the strength of the whole book reading a huge impact,at the same time because of the high school students study hard,less spare time,put the book in the extracurricular model finally tend to become a mere formality,so how to make the whole book reading back into the classroom,we need to think deeply about it,and it is also the focus in this paper.This study provides theoretical support for later research by studying the concept of reading and classical reading of the whole book,and studying the relevant literatures of the whole book and the classic reading.On the basis of reviewing the relationship between classic reading and the whole book reading,the author compares the whole book reading with other forms of reading,and obtains the advantage of reading the whole book.In order to let the whole book reading through into the daily classroom teaching better,the author through the questionnaire survey to understand the current status of the whole book reading classic.In the survey,it is found that teachers have insufficient understanding of the importance of readingthe whole book and the lack of reasonable guiding strategies in daily teaching.Students in the process of the whole book reading problems are: the lower interests of the whole book among students,utilitarian entertainment phenomenon serious reading,students of fragmentation reading and shallow reading.So in order to improve high school students reading ability,teachers should currently get knowledge in the whole book reading,if teachers want to take effective steps,they should have some relevent training about the whole book reading.To promote Chinese reading literacy,to strengthen the understanding of the importance of the whole book reading,in order to better use appropriate teaching strategies in the teaching process,and the establishment of evaluation system of open more flexible,thus fundamentally solid cultivating students reading ability.
