With the development of society and economy and the continuous adjustment of social industrial structure,the demand for applied skilled talents is increasing.The19 th Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the slogan of improving vocational education.In response to national policies,different provinces began to explore new models for the development of vocational education systems,and the "3+ 4" model of the connection between the secondary vocational and undergraduate education emerged in this context.In 2014,Hebei province began to carry out the pilot work of the secondary vocational and undergraduate education grading training.As the connection between the secondary vocational and undergraduate education has just started in China,there are still relatively few relevant studies.This paper chooses Xingtai Agricultural School as the research object,which is one of the pilot secondary vocational schools of the grading culture mode between secondary vocational and undergraduate education in Hebei province.Based on the questionnaire investigation of the students in the pilot school and those who have graduated and studied in the corresponding undergraduate college,and supplemented by the research method of text collection,the curriculum management of “3+4”Accounting in Xingtai Agricultural school is studied.At the same time,through the literature analysis method,the relevant domestic and foreign studies are compared and analyzed,and the research results of general education on curriculum management are also used for reference.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature materials,the author hopes to provide some references for the research on curriculum management between secondary vocational and undergraduate education in Xingtai Agricultural School and even in Hebei province.Based on the Theory of Lifelong Education,Cognitive Psychology,Spiral Curriculum Theory and Synergetic Effect Theory,the author discusses the connection between those theories and secondary vocational and undergraduate cohesion education.Based on L.Stenholse's theory of Curriculum Development Process Model and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,the author discusses the theoretical supportof curriculum management.Curriculum development,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation management of Xingtai Agricultural School are analyzed through questionnaire investigation.The author finds there is lack of top-level design in curriculum development of management.Teachers in curriculum implementation management still use old teaching methods in which the students has no learning interest.In the curriculum evaluation management,sometimes curriculum evaluation is ignored.And there is not a clear definition of curriculum evaluation management.In view of the problems,the author proposes three suggestions: to accelerate the establishment of top-down design of curriculum development management mechanism,to continuously promote the teaching reform of "3+4" accounting specialty and to establish and improve the evaluation and management mechanism of "3+4" accounting specialty.The body of the article is as follows.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance of the topic,the definition of the concepts,the research status of the topic at home and abroad,and the research methods used.The second part is the theoretical basis of the curriculum management of the connection between the secondary vocational and undergraduate education.From the perspective of the concept of lifelong learning,cognitive psychology,spiral curriculum theory and synergistic effect theory,the author tries to find the theoretical support of the connection between the secondary vocational and undergraduate curriculum.Then it expounds the theory of curriculum management,the theory of curriculum development process mode of L.Stenholse and the theory of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.The third part is the necessity analysis of strengthening the curriculum management of secondary vocational school.The fourth part is the study of "3+4" accounting major curriculum management in Xingtai Agricultural School,mainly analyzing the current situation and existing problems of its curriculum management.The fifth part is countermeasures and suggestions.
