The course of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges(hereinafter referred to as “ideological and political course”),as a key course to implement the fundamental task of “establishing morality and cultivating people”,shoulders the important mission of training new people of the times who undertake the great task of national rejuvenation and the important mission of training socialist builders and successors who need all-round development morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and industriously.Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the forum for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in March 2019.At the forum,he made a concentrated exposition on how to do a good job in the ideological and political course in the new era.He pointed out that it is necessary to constantly enhance the ideological,theoretical,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses.At present,the number and strength of higher vocational colleges should not be underestimated.higher vocational colleges play an important role in supporting talents in the process of promoting the transformation of Chinese manufacturing to Chinese creation,the transformation of Chinese speed to Chinese quality and the transformation from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.In order to train high-quality compound technical talents with both moral and technical skills,higher vocational colleges must innovate teaching methods with the help of new media and new technology,so as to make the teaching of ideological and political courses “alive”,“dynamic” and “strong”.At the same time,colleges and universities should also meet the needs of students more deeply and thoroughly,and constantly improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses,so as to lay a solid foundation for the growth and life-long development of students.By using the methods of literature research,investigation method,case study method and action research,this paper makes an in-depth study on the practical application of the blended teaching mode of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of “Internet +”.This teaching mode effectively integrates the traditionalclassroom teaching with the online teaching,strives to create “online class”,“traditional class” and “practical class” that embody the characteristics of own college,and closely combines on-class and off-class,online and offline,while giving full play to the leading role of teachers in teaching,highlighting the subjective position of students and realizing the innovation of teaching ideas,teaching techniques,teaching means and teaching methods.Finally,enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,effectively solve the outstanding problems in ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges,and meet the needs and expectations of the growth and development of students in higher vocational colleges.This study not only pays attention to the latest research results in the theoretical area,but also goes deep into the teachers and recipients of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges to collect and sort out opinions in order to sum up the problems and difficulties existing in the process of reform and innovation of ideological and political courses higher vocational colleges from different perspectives and levels so as to provide first-hand materials to support the research of this paper.In order to obtain the real,objective and effective investigation results of the current situation of ideological and political teaching and learning in higher vocational colleges,this paper takes Hebei Vocational College of Rail Transportation as the research object.And this paper adopts the combination of questionnaire survey and interview and discussion to summarize and sort out the problems existing in the teaching and learning of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.In order to formulate the implementation plan of the blended teaching mode of ideological and political course and carry out large-scale application research,this paper also analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of counter measures and suggestions to solve the problems through in-depth summary and reflection.This thesis consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction section,which discusses in detail the research background,purpose and significance of this paper and defines the core concepts such as“Internet +”,ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges,blended teaching mode and so on.This part introduces the research ideas and specific research contents of thispaper by consulting a large number of literature and combing the research results at home and abroad.The second part is survey research.This part introduces the design and implementation of the survey of ideological and political education and learning in higher vocational colleges,as well as the problems and their causes.This section mainly describes the survey objects and methods,the design of survey questionnaires,the design of interviews and so on.This part also takes Hebei Vocational College of Rail Transportation as an example to introduce the actual survey situation and statistical results.After that,it focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes about the “teaching” and “learning” of the ideological and political lessons in higher vocational colleges presented in the survey results.The third part is practical research.This part first briefly describes the necessity to have the teaching in concept connotation,comparative advantage and application value of the blended teaching mode,and puts forward the implementation path of the blended teaching mode of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges designed by the author,and chooses the experimental class to carry out the practice of the teaching mode.Finally,the practice effect is verified and summarized.This study adheres to the principle from theory to practice,and launches theoretical exposition and practical exploration according to the logical relationship from simple to complex,so as to promote the innovative practice of the application of blended teaching mode of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges.The fourth part is effectiveness research.On the basis of practical application of higher vocational education courses for hybrid teaching model,the paper analyzed and summarized the hybrid effect of the application of the teaching mode in higher vocational education courses teaching by questionnaire survey and communication with teachers and students through the learning platform,to provide important reference basis for the reform and innovation of vocational education courses teaching methods in the future.The fifth part is counter measure research.Based on theoretical exploration and practical application.This part has started to sort out some of its problems from the aspects of teaching resources,teaching environment,learning-learning subject relationship,teaching evaluationand other aspects of blended teaching mode of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges.At last,it provides efficient countermeasures and suggestions.From the students level,this study helps to improve students' abilities,such as self-learning management ability,cognitive and creative ability,and can help them to motivate interest in learning and improve information literacy.From the teachers level,this study can promote teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges to have a deeper understanding and mastery of the subject knowledge and professional skills they teach and it can also help to continuously improve the application ability of information technology,teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability and the ability to promote students' learning.For teaching administrators,this study can help to summarize and spread the advanced experiences and typical practices of ideological and political teaching reform,and provides a scientific basis for management decision-makers to formulate policies for investment in educational resources.so as to better promote the innovation of the teaching mode of various courses in the colleges,and promote the improvement of the overall teaching quality of the colleges.At the same time,this study can also provide a reference model for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,so as to drive the blended teaching mode to be more deeply and widely used in the teaching practice of ideological and political courses in the similar colleges and universities.
