Ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges is the abbreviation of Ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges.It is the main field of Ideological and political education for higher vocational students.It is a public compulsory course and plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of higher vocational talents.However,in the current situation of Ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges,the traditional teaching method is still the main one.Both the teaching method and the teaching method are too single,the class is only a form,the teachers teach the "big truth" too much,far away from the actual life of students,resulting in low participation of students and lack of interest in learning.Under the concept of deep integration of new technology,new media and ideological and political course,the innovation of Ideological and political course reform should not only have the innovation in teaching content,but also in teaching methods.The innovation in teaching methods needs to be realized by means of information technology tools(means).Blended learning is an innovation of traditional teaching and online learning,reflecting the principle of "studentcentered".In the ideological and political course teaching in higher vocational colleges,blended learning is integrated to design activities,so that online and offline,in class and extra-curricular learning can be effectively linked to form a closed loop.In order to better carry out blended learning activities in the ideological and political course,it is inevitable to build a framework of blended learning activities.This study constructs a framework from the perspective of blended learning activities to guide the smooth development of blended learning activities.First of all,through consulting a large number of documents,this paper understands the current situation of Ideological and political teaching and the application of blended learning in Ideological and political teaching,and grasps the main research focus and scope of this paper.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Ideological and political courses in higher vocational education,this paper puts forward the design principles of blended learning activities,establishes the elements of activities,and constructs the framework of blended learning activities of Ideological and political courses in Higher Vocational Education with the support of relevant theories.In order to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the framework of blended learning activities,the design-based research method is adopted.Taking the course "Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis" of higher vocational education as an example,the design,implementation and effect analysis of online and offline,in class and extracurricular blended learning activities are carried out,and two rounds of iterative research are completed.With the support of the learning platform,the accompanying evaluation is carried out.After the implementation of each round of mixed learning activities,the data of students' learning process behavior and teachers' interviews are analyzed,and the framework is improved based on the effect reflection,and finally the research conclusions of this study are drawn.The research results show that the framework of blended learning activities of Ideological and Political Courses Based on general learning can guide the development of online,offline,in class and extra-curricular blended learning activities in Ideological and political courses,and the framework can be popularized.The blended learning activities of Ideological and political courses have innovated teaching methods,improved students' participation in learning,and promoted the effective integration of theoretical knowledge of Ideological and political courses and students' real life.
