The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the cause of preschool education,clearly put forward that "new progress should be made in the education of children",and emphasized the necessity of building preschool education from the perspective of the future of the family.In the development of preschool education in China,private kindergartens play an important role.According to statistics,by the end of 2018,private kindergartens accounted for 62% of the total number of kindergartens in China,and private kindergarten teachers accounted for 70% of the total number of kindergarten teachers.As the main force of the development of private kindergartens,"survival" is the fundamental problem of their development,which is directly related to the quality of preschool teachers and affects the overall situation of preschool education in China.Therefore,it is of positive significance to pay attention to the survival status of private kindergarten teachers for the construction of China's education.Compared with other teachers,private kindergarten teachers face more complex and special situation,especially in small and medium-sized cities.Compared with big cities,small and medium-sized cities have weak economy,limited investment in pre-school education,and the characteristics of private parks' self-supporting,to a certain extent,can not meet the professional development of private park teachers,and the status of teachers "no establishment" leads to a series of problems,such as poor pay,low social status,making their survival more difficult.Therefore,it is very important to pay attention to the survival situation of private kindergarten teachers in small and medium-sized cities.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly including the question,the purpose and significance of the study,the definition of the concept,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part is a survey of the survival status of private kindergarten teachers in small and medium-sized cities,mainly including a survey of 490 private kindergarten teachers in 20 kindergartens in H City,Hubei Province.Through the survey,it is found that the private kindergarten teachers' salary is generally low,the work pressure is relatively large,the working environment needs to be improved,the professional development is seriously hindered,and the spare time life is relatively monotonous ? The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the survival difficulties of private park teachers in small and medium-sized cities,mainly including the school running concept of private park with market as the core;the marginal identity of private park teachers "no organization";the lack of the connotative development consciousness of private park;the uneven quality of private park teachers;the lack of happiness of private park teachers in their spare time life.The fourth part is to improve the living condition of private park teachers in small and medium-sized cities.It mainly includes improving the welfare of teachers in private parks,resolving the work pressure of teachers in private parks,creating a harmonious working environment,promoting the professional development of teachers in private parks,and enriching their spare time life.
