Care is a word full of humanistic atmosphere,and education is the shaping of life,the care for students' life,and makes people become better people.The education rich in humane care and love can enable students to achieve all aspects of development in a relaxed,free,open and inclusive atmosphere.From the perspective of caring education theory,this paper explores the deep connotation of caring for education,takes caring as the starting point,combs a series of practical problems of vocational education personnel training,makes feasibility analysis for its development,helps vocational colleges to choose suitable expanding space in education competition,and gives new energy and living soul,highlight the true nature of education and radiates the original color of education.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.First,mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance.Secondly,elaborate and sort out relevant research at home and abroad.Thirdly,introduces the contents and methods of this paper.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and the outline of theory,which defines the related concepts involved in this paper: care,caring education,personnel training and caring education in the field of vocational education talent training.This part also analyzes the background andtheoretical background of caring education theory,and introduces the content and characteristics of caring education theory.The third part analyzes the present situation and the main problems of talent training in vocational education in China from the perspective of Noddings' caring theory.At present,some effects have been achieved in the educational development of vocational colleges in China,but there are also many problems,such as: the training goal pays more attention to knowledge and ability,humanistic care is insufficient;class curriculum is based on professional knowledge and skills,lack of care;teaching process neglects individual differences,lack of individual care;talent evaluation focuses on professional achievements,neglect of caring ability;pay more attention to institutionalized campus management,lack of humanized flexible care.Therefore,in order to solve the problems existing in the training of vocational education talents in our country and realize the abundant education full of caring feelings,it can be improved from six aspects:cultivating goal idea,curriculum system setting,teaching process,talent evaluation system,campus cultural atmosphere and practical activities.The fourth part mainly discuss the necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of vocational education talents under the caring education.Finally,the paper discusses the strategies and suggestions for the cultivation of vocational education talents under the caring education in China.First of all,it is necessary to set up the concept of cultivating talents in vocational educationwith care as the core,so that the feeling of care,the meaning of concern seep into everyone's heart,and let people experience the education full of true feelings is more powerful;secondly,the content of caring education should be incorporated into the curriculum system of vocational education,and a group of vocational education talents with caring ability should be cultivated;on this basis,the method of caring education is infiltrated into the teaching process,so that students can feel caring;furthermore,constructing talent evaluation system with care ability as the core,changing the single one-sided way of evaluation gradually;in addition,schools,teachers and students need to work together to create a humane and harmonious campus care culture atmosphere;finally,schools and the society are encouraged to carry out more vocational education practice activities of gratitude and care to guide students to learn to care.
