As the pace of social transformation of our country has been accelerated, which has a profound impact on people’s thought and behavior, making great changes on people’s life style,behavior habits, values, etc. While people’s living standards have improved significantly, their spiritual world has become more and more narrow. Such as the respect, understanding, trust,care and other good feelings between people have been gradually marginalized. Therefore, the caring problem which has become a process of modernization about human relations cannot be avoided. In moral education reform and development, caring problem must be paid more attention not only based on the local, but also to actively absorb and learn the essence of foreign theory, in order to provide better theoretical support on resolving caring problem.Concerned with education as a product of social transformation, have an important impact on the development of moral education, due to family life, school moral education,social environment and other reasons, led to moral education in universities in our country have a lot less concerned with education; educational theory as a concern in educational practice Noddings Construction on the basis of theoretical system is a result of the United States was the social status, education, humanities criticism and reflection, our students have to do an important reference concerned with education; Noddings’ Caring care and attention to educational theory’s role is concerned will concern the relationship between the two acts constitute the core placed in care status. Noddings think education is concerned with basic emotions, goals concern education is to train people with the ability to care, care educational curriculum should focus on the theme of concern, care education teacher-student relationship is to establish relationships based care, and role models dialogue, practice and confirmation constitute the practice of elements concerned with education; in addition, in the interest of education also should adhere to the principle of continuity of education; Noddings’ Caring Education theory Practical features include prominent moral education, insisted people-oriented, pay attention to the students’ experiences and feelings, close to real life. We should dialectically treat Noddings’ Caring educational theory, at the same time to fully explore the value of moral education should not ignore its limitations, its essence, to its dregs.Strengthening Theoretical Studies Education Noddings’ Caring provided a lot ofinspiration for the Reform and Development of Moral Education in Colleges and Universities.Education for college students, must establish a core concern for moral philosophy, attention to the role of the teacher-student relationship in the moral, actively training teachers and care-type relationship, focus on creating a good atmosphere concerned about education, build families, schools and society Trinity concerned about the education system, so as to jointly promote the development of the Moral Education of College Students.
